This tropical-like home offers views of the open lake from the kitchen, living room, family room, dining rooms and bedrooms. In the winter, bundle up on the porch and watch thunder storms and fish jumping as you enjoy a hot beverage from the redwood porch that lines the home. In the warmer weather, as you rest on comfortable cozy beds, you can hear the frogs croaking and water slapping up on the boat dock.
The kids can play in the lake as you fish from the deck. The home is professionally decorated with a great floorplan for entertainment. The kitchen provides cooking utensils for cooking a full turkey diner or baking hot cinnamon rolls for the kids. There are flat screen cable TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room, along with 2 DVD players. The bunk room has a queen-sized bed with cable TV and air conditioning.
There are three other king-sized bedrooms. The surrounding homes have luscious landscaping which adds to the views. Right next to the house is a boat ramp available for April Cove owners/guests only. It is both convenient yet quiet. Come and stay for a restful and relaxing time.

Why the Owner Chose Richland Chambers Lake
We bought this particular home because it offers a waterfront home on one side and the woods on the other. This home allows immediate access to water sports and lake views with lots of privacy, beauty and seclusion. There are local businesses for eating out and grocery shopping, along with a small hardware store, gift shops, gas stations, and churches. This location provides a nicely sized marina and is close to the RC Dam. All the beautiful homes surrounding us are spread out with luscious landscaping and TCWD-permitted boat docks. April Cove is highly restricted and exclusive. The home is located in a protected cove, at the mouth of the open lake, with incredible views and easy access. It has both RV parking, a long circular driveway and adjacent boat ramp with a Marina nearby.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This house has a great floor plan that allows for a great entertainment flow. The home is professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings and comfortable beds. It has a living and family room with 2 eating areas. The side of the house that faces the lake is mostly windows, providing for great views from the family room, living room, dining rooms, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There is a porch that faces the lake that is the full width of the house with a gas BBQ. The tall stately oaks are beautiful to look at and tall enough so as not to block the lake view. There is a great granite/stainless steel kitchen with all the amenities, flat screen, cable TV in all the bedrooms (and living room) and 2 DVD players and a spacious granite utility room. The circular parking has two entrances/exits for lots of parking. There is a separate RV space with its own electrical hookup and dump station. The boat dock is fairly new with lots of deck space for entertaining with lots of anchoring stations for those folks who bring their own boat.
