Hello, My husband and I own the home. We have two corgi's who live with us. We enjoy playing tennis, cards, running half marathons and traveling. We love our Pasadena home, it has tons of craftsman charm, extremely convenient to public transportation, nightlife and Pasadena attractions, Rose Parade, Rose Bowl, Huntington Library and more.

The Unique Benefits of this House
Location, Location, Location! We are two blocks from the Goldline Metro which takes you into downtown LA with connectors to the rest of LA. We are one block south of Pasadena, perfect for the Rose Parade, three blocks walking from Huntingon Library and a 8 minute drive from the Rose Bowl. We have a wonderful front porch, cozy interior and lovely backyard. There is available parking for one car. We also have a doggy door and doggy bed for small to medium dogs.
