Rates are based on 1-4 occupancy. Additional guests are $25/night.
Minimum stay two nights. Children under 5 stay for free.
Check-in after 2 p.m. Check-out before 11 a.m.
Receipt of 50% deposit is needed to secure a reservation. Send check by mail.
Balance due on arrival via drop box at rental.
Cancellation made 21 days or longer will receive full refund (less $35 admin fee).
