  Omg. This is our fourth year in this unit We cannot say enough wonderful things about this unit or about Lisa and her family. You will NOT be disappointed staying here believe me. This is our home away from home. When we leave we are sad and yet get excited for our next years stay here everything you need is here It is clean and decorated so beautiful. Any company we get falls in love with it here. My husband and I get to read about 10 books each here. So relaxing. You can busy if you want to be or not busy if you want to be. Try the catamaran ride from ponce in let about 5 min drive. You will love it.

  Make a reservation today. This unit is way better than the photos show.You will not be disappointed. It is huge and immaculate with an incredible view. We started each morning on the balcony with the ocean right beside us. The building was very private and well maintained. We hardly ever even saw anyone around. Lisa, the owner, was available to answer any questions and so wonderful to us. There is a notebook in the condo to tell you anything you need to know for a perfect vacation. We were there over a month and almost cried the day we eventually had to return north. The weather was soooo good and it was the month of January. Condo is furnished great and there were lots of extras in the kitchen etc. We will return as soon as possible. We loved it!!!!!

  This is the second year in a role my family and I have stayed at this condo unit. The owner is extremely friendly, generous, and accomodating. The unit is spectacular and very, very clean. It is obvious the owner visits this property regularly. It is centrally located to Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach, and Orlando. The property surrounding it is also very well kept and the pool is always clean. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with children and large families. Also, because it is on the ground floor and the fact it has a ramp to the beach, it is perfect for elderly family members or those with a disability. We will be returning again in 2013 as well. I cannot say again what a great deal this condo is and very clean. It is the sort of place where you can book in confidence that what you see is what you get. There is a reason why most of the people that stay here are repeat customers for MOST of the year.

  My Husband and I stayed in this unit 104 in the Sanbiel the month of April 2012. It Had to be the nicest unit we ever had. We have been going to Daytona for 20 years or more, This unit is very clean,nicely decorated, every thing you would want in it. On the !st floor viewing the pool and the ocean what more can you ask for. We love it and will be going back. The owners are very kind and help full.

  My review, unlike all the others, is being written without ever having set foot in this unit. My review is about the owner of this beautiful unit, Lisa. My family made a reservation with Lisa many months ago for a summer vacation in this unit. After looking at the photos, talking with Lisa via e-mail, etc., we were so excited to get our week booked! Unfortunately, we had to cancel our vacation recently due to unforeseen circumstances. I was so worried about Lisa's reaction, as the remaining rental fee was due soon and I just felt so horrible at letting her down and having to cancel. As it turned out, I wasted so much time worrying! Lisa could not have been more understanding or kind to me after hearing that we would have to cancel. She listened patiently and was reassuring that she understood that sometimes life *stuff* just happens and that she would simply re-list it and look forward to the time when our family could make it down to her unit! I have stayed in many condos across the country, have rented off of vrbo many times and I can promise I have NEVER had such a positive experience. I have met several pleasant owners for sure, but none as compassionate, caring and kind as Lisa. It felt like she had been my friend for many years and I hope once we meet in person she will become one! I can't wait until we are able to make it down to her unit and get to see it up close and personal. I really can't thank Lisa enough for not making an already disappointing and difficult decision harder for us. I now know why most of her business is repeat business and I hope in the next year or so to be counted among her return renters! If you're hesitating one bit about this unit, please don't. I really think just having such a conscientious, friendly and understanding owner like Lisa is going to make this vacation the one to choose. All anybody would have to do is pick up the phone and have a 5 minute conversation with Lisa to know that. She is aces! Thanks again, Lisa. I appreciate your kindness more than you know!

  We had the privilege of staying at this lovely condo in July. It was everything we could have hoped it would be. The pictures were great, but didn't completely do it justice. The condo was huge. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, my daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren (12 and 16). I have a knee problem so the location was perfect, easy access to the pool as there are no steps. It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch my grandchildren in the pool and on the beach. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Looking forward to coming back to this same condo again. Thank you Lisa and Rick for sharing your beautiful place with us.

  My family and I just recently had a two week stay in this lovely unit. I can't think of anything more you could ask for in a beach condo. The owners were very easy to rent from and very nice. A little concerned about being on the first floor but believe me it was great, not noisey or anything. To us it was a plus b/c you didn't have to bother with the elevator. My family and I would recommend this unit to any one coming to the area.

  We finished our second year at this wonderful ( home away from home) condo... We have booked for our third year. We get excited to return for our winter break to this wonderful condo as soon as we return home. Everything is there that you need. From your first cup of coffee when you arrive.The owners are the best ever to work with. If you have a problem or question they are always get back to you immediatley. You will NOT be dissapointed. From the morning fruit and coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise, to the late night glass of wine unwinding from the beautiful day... The restaurants in area are unique. Owners reccommendations are wonderful. Ed & Shirley

  Our family has visited Florida over 20 times on both the Atlantic and Gulf beaches. Our accomadations have ranged from questionable to now-no comparison! This condo was perfect to enjoy the beach, sharing wine with friends when the weather was not cooperating or having friends over to enjoy the pool. We had friends in the area we could entertain and enjoy. The reservation was easy and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and acces to their contact information in the event we needed anything not already provided.
