We chose the Sanibel unit because of its ideal location. We have vacationed at Daytona Shores for several years and have been looking for the perfect unit to buy. We were thrilled when this unit was available. The convenience of a first floor unit is unique. No need to enter lobby or use the elevator. The best feature is watching and talking to our kids from our patio.

We had the privilege of staying at this lovely condo in July. It was everything we could have hoped it would be. The pictures were great, but didn't completely do it justice. The condo was huge. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, my daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren (12 and 16). I have a knee problem so the location was perfect, easy access to the pool as there are no steps. It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch my grandchildren in the pool and on the beach. Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Looking forward to coming back to this same condo again. Thank you Lisa and Rick for sharing your beautiful place with us.

My family and I just recently had a two week stay in this lovely unit. I can't think of anything more you could ask for in a beach condo. The owners were very easy to rent from and very nice. A little concerned about being on the first floor but believe me it was great, not noisey or anything. To us it was a plus b/c you didn't have to bother with the elevator. My family and I would recommend this unit to any one coming to the area.

We finished our second year at this wonderful ( home away from home) condo... We have booked for our third year. We get excited to return for our winter break to this wonderful condo as soon as we return home. Everything is there that you need. From your first cup of coffee when you arrive.The owners are the best ever to work with. If you have a problem or question they are always get back to you immediatley. You will NOT be dissapointed. From the morning fruit and coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise, to the late night glass of wine unwinding from the beautiful day... The restaurants in area are unique. Our family has visited Florida over 20 times on both the Atlantic and Gulf beaches. Our accomadations have ranged from questionable to now-no comparison! This condo was perfect to enjoy the beach, sharing wine with friends when the weather was not cooperating or having friends over to enjoy the pool. We had friends in the area we could entertain and enjoy. The reservation was easy and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and acces to their contact information in the event we needed anything not already provided.

This unit is everything you will need. The owner has gone above and beyond any and all needs. The easiest people we have ever dealt with. They get back to you immediatley. The pictures are nice but can't compare with the real thing. You will not be disapointed I can assure you. Bring your suitcase. Everything else is here to get you started on a wonderful vacation. It is decorated so beautiful. We have already booked it for next year.

The unit is exactly what we were looking for. My first reaction was that the pictures on the site do not do the unit justice. It is much bigger than the pictures show it to be. The owner has thought of everthing vacationers want and she was extremely helpful and easy to reach. The units is not over done, but is tastfully decorated and everything WORKS!! The first floor is the way to go. It has great access to the beach and parking.We are so disappointed to be home, so we booked for next year already.
