This unit is well appointed with all the conveniences of home. All bathrooms are supplied with hairdryers, soap, bath salts and plenty of towels. Kitchen is complete with spices, baking sheets, paper towels, storage containers, dish and dishwasher detergent. Beach towels are also supplied. Living room contains surround sound stereo with I-pod connection, DVD/CD player and WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION. TV's provided in all bedrooms, flat screen TV's in Master Bedroom and Living room. Directions are provided in orde to operate all appliances. FREE LOCAL and DOMESTIC LONG DISTANCE. Full DVD library for children. Washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, laundry detergent provided. Patio is fully furnished with six chairs and dining table. Towel hooks provided on patio for hanging beach towels. We welcome well-trained dogs under 15 pounds (security deposit increased from $300.00 to $450.00 for pets).

Why the Owner Chose Sanibel
We chose the Sanibel unit because of its ideal location. We have vacationed at Daytona Shores for several years and have been looking for the perfect unit to buy. We were thrilled when this unit was available. The convenience of a first floor unit is unique. No need to enter lobby or use the elevator. The best feature is watching and talking to our kids from our patio.
