For those of you who still remember this unit in the Ilikai Marina building which was used to film Hawaii Five-O a police TV show from the 60's to 80's. The unit was completely remodel a year and half ago so everything from the LCD TV, furniture, and the kitchen is NEW. Also there's free local calls from the telephone. For those who are not familiar with Honolulu, the unit is in a great location that is on a beach front property but yet very close to all the urban amenities as well. The unit is professionally cleaned by a maid service during or after each stay depending on the length of the stay. So for people who are extra tidy and likes to use the kitchen for breakfast and such; don't worry, the unit is clean and the kitchen is NEW. Hope you have a great time!

Why the Owner Chose Ilikai Marina
I was introduced to this unit by my long time real estate agent who frequently travels to Hawaii. She rented the unit across from mine during her stay and got a chance to talk with the previous owner of my unit who owned it for 15 years. After seeing the unit myself and the location it wasn't hard for me to make the decision. The convenience of the location was something that really appealed to me.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The unit is located on the 11th floor and its beach front with a city view. It was recently remodel, so everything in there is pretty much new. The location offers convenient access to many amenities such as the beach, Hilton Lagoon, major shopping centers in Waikiki. Many will enjoy the new kitchen appliances for some clean home cooking as well.

Nice Place, however not a one bedroom, but a studio.

This is only a studio.When we arrived we needed a one bedroom. This was during the great aloha run and there were non available once we arrived and saw this was in fact a studio unit. Owner was however going to refund our money,however we were stuck as we could not find a one bedroom at such a short notice, no internet, or car. It does however have a great kitchen. It is also provides a view of the parking garage and the light shines in on you all night. Despite all of that, the price is nice.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
