Why the Owner Chose Snowmass Village
Although I've lived in Aspen for over 40 years, I find that Snowmass Village has tremendous potential and I love surrounding area. I was attracted by the slope side location with ski-in ski-out access and by the local vibe along with the newly developed base village ... all within walking distance. While the location was perfect, the unit was a bit dated and called for an extensive remodel from head to toe. The end result in a luxury unit with all new appliances, new furniture, a new layout and a charming feel.

This condo is only steps away from the slopes and close to any transportation you may need throughout the village or into Aspen. The skiing is world class and the natural beauty is all encompassing. In the summer months it becomes a haven for mountain bikers, hikers, music lovers and for those that just want to enjoy the mountain views. It is a perfect family destination as well as a romantic get away or even a retreat for adventure seeking friends. You won't be disappointed!
Owner's Map of Snowmass Village
I came for a visit in college and never left! The roaring fork valley has been my home for over 45 years. I live in Aspen but bought property in Snowmass Village as alternative. My daughter's family lives in Snowmass Village and they too share a rich love for the outdoors and take advantage of all that the local scene has to offer. When I'm not in the Rocky Mountains I escape to a small beach in Costa Rica.

Nice place to stay. Convenient to the slopes and to Snowmass Mall. Also very convenient to Conference Center. Easy walk to both Aspen and Snowmass bus stops. Washer and dryer in condo. One of the few condos with elevator. Parking for one car. The condo has been recently upgraded. There is no private Interlude shuttle service, but arranging airport transportation is easy and the local buses are nearby. Arranging stay was pleasant and easy - would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this property for two weeks, and it was a home away from home. The condo is beautifully decorated, with very nice amenities. It has a wonderful kitchen, great for any cook. The bed was very comfortable. It is located just a short walk away from the Snowmass Mall, with lots of shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, my entire experience from booking through the end of my stay was superb.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Erica – Fantastic! All in our party really enjoyed our stay at your slope side condo. The location was ideal for everything – from local skiing, to dining, to hot tubing, and for traveling to the other skiing locations throughout the Aspen area. Plus, the skiing conditions were perfect. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo over these last two weeks.

We really enjoyed our week of skiing and staying in your condo! It is truly ski-in and ski-out in a great location, very close to the Snowmass Mall. The hot tub is very close as well, and we really loved the covered parking and the ski lockers, as well as the elevator! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, and we appreciated the extra amenities (hair dryers, humidifiers, and all the kitchen supplies!). The owner is great to work with, answering my many questions. You won't be disappointed - I would highly recommend this property!

My Wife, Sister-in law, Brother-in law and I spent a wonderful ski week at this rental property. It was truly ski in and ski out, with updated amenities. Very comfortable with ample space. The condo was clean, and the photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance. It's location is next to the Silvertree Hotel and just off the slopes. I would DEFINETLY recommend this property, and will consider it the next time I plan a trip back to Snowmass! Owner is Helpful in answering any concerns or questions.

I took up skiing 10 years ago and have rented various condo's with my family each year. Some accommodations didn't meet expectations, but I can honestly say that this one exceeded expectations, especially with regard to access to the ski slopes. You take an elevator down one floor, walk a very short distance, then put your skis on and ski DOWN to the lifts. Similarly when you want to take a break or quit for the day, you can ski down to very close proximity to the condo. At my age that's great. Everything else about the accomodations was as advertised or better. Snowmass also met expectations for the blue and black skiers in my group.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
