You want a safe, comfortable, convenient, place to stay at a reasonable price.
This privately owned, spacious, 1000+ square foot condo with a fantastic loft is often used by us and our family. You will be a welcome guest in our home.
The living room has a cozy wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony providing a perfect setting for sharing a hot chocolate after a day of skiing and outdoor fun.
The kitchen includes all cookware, utensils, and new appliances, for cooking that hot breakfast before your day begins and perhaps a pot of chili at day’s end.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and an en-suite updated bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a huge closet. Additional sleeping and play space is available in the spacious loft. All towels and linens are included.
You want to ski? Our unit is located within minutes of the Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resorts. Vail and Beaver Creek are about a half hour drive away. You can check the snow reports and choose from some of the premier ski resorts in the world. A free bus, the “Summit Stage,” provides access to “Breck” (Breckenridge), Keystone, “Copper”, and “A-Basin.”
You want to hike? A trailhead into the 2.3 million acre White River National Forest, the top recreation Forest in the nation, is located less than a mile away. Home to world-renowned ski resorts and the birthplace of Wilderness, the White River has something to offer every outdoor enthusiast. Maybe you just want to go for a mountain walk? There are trails and paths all around.
You want to sail? Discover summer fun for the entire family. The Dillon Marina is a full-service marina in Summit County that offers access to beautiful Lake Dillon and world class sailing in Colorado. Boating, trout fishing and mountain recreation opportunities abound. The marina offers boat rentals, sailing instruction, racing regattas and is home to the Dillon Yacht Club, the highest club in North America at over 9000 feet in elevation.
You want fall activities at resorts? Our unit is located within minutes of the Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resorts. Over 200 quaint shops line Breckenridge’s main street. Restaurants and shopping are all conveniently located.
You want to relax? Our clubhouse is the answer. You will find an indoor heated swimming pool, three hot tubs and a sauna for those tired muscles. Racquetball and a weight room, pool tables, ping pong, and video games to keep everyone entertained are available. A huge fireplace, leather couches, TV, and amazing views complete the clubhouse.

Mary and Ron have owned "Treehouse" since Ron retired in 2005. They use the condo for midweek stays and share it with family. Ron and Mary like to spend quiet time on the balcony and by the fireplace.

"Treehouse" is located near near major ski areas. "Treehouse" is well-named because when we are at the condo it is like being in the forest.

Good location. Enjoyed the clubhouse. Loft was not safe for the 3 year old we had with us. Comfortable beds. Had all the pans and dishes we needed. Hiking, shopping, good restaurants, golf, and Lake Dillon all nice and close!

This place is great, especially if you have children. It has all the utensils and furnishings that you'll need to enjoy your stay. It is in a great location in the center of all the best ski areas, A-Basin, Breck, Keystone, Copper. Highly recommend.

This condo was the perfect place for our family to stay for our weekend of skiing. We have three children and the loft was great for additional sleeping area. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool and hot tubs and even used the workout room. The clubhouse has a large gathering area above the pool and gameroom if you have a big group all staying at the Treehouse. Your place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable also. We hope to be back next year.

This was a great launching point for our ski weekend. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Adults took the bedrooms and the kids were in the loft. The kids (5 & 8) loved the rec center. On the day we were leaving I gave them the option of skiing or going to the rec center and swimming and playing games... they chose the rec center! Owners are very friendly and helpful.

My family of four enjoyed a 3 day stay at the Treehouse Condo. It was the perfect get-a-way for us. Close to shopping and restaurants but far from work, school, and other obligations. We were cozy at the condo and enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi pools while we were there. We'd recommend this vacation to all.

We were skiing at 4 different places so Ron's location was very convenient and affordable The owners are very nice and easy to deal with and very accommodating! We even asked if there were sleds to borrow and they had them ready for us when we got there! The condo is actually very spacious and the kids really liked having the loft area. It's great because you can keep an eye (or ear on) on them since they aren't behind closed doors but they still have their own place. The place was kept very neat and clean and overall we had a great experience.

My family (2 kids, 2 adults) stayed over spring break. The condo is clean and comfortable and homey. It is in a great location and a great base to ski any of the resorts of Summit County or Vail and Beaver Creek. The addition of the flat-screen TV in the living room was great. The loft is really neat, it is fun to go up and look out the sunlight. The clubhouse is wonderful for kids and adults with the pool and hot tubs and game room. My kids loved it. The condo it a great value and also in a nice quiet location. Ron and Mary are very nice and great to deal with. They respond to your questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at Mary and Ron's condo. It had everything we needed, was great value and felt very comfortable and homely. Ron and Mary made it easy to organise things and were very welcoming. Will definitely go back if I stay in the area again.

Great location to all the mountain resorts and shopping! Amenities were great! Entertainment both in the condo and clubhouse kept all the kids busy. Very affordable, comfortable and safe for the whole family! We would definitely stay there again!
