Two parking spaces will be available to you right outside the door of the unit. The central air conditioning system was recently updated and under warranty.
This unit is conveniently located within steps of the Club Cottage Members Pool and a 5 minute walk to the fitness/tennis center. You will enjoy excellent cuisine and night life at the PGA Resort or at the top rated restaurants/clubs just a five minute ride down PGA Blvd.
Some of the finest beaches are only a few miles away and when it is time to leave the West Palm Beach Airport is conveniently located only 15 miles away.

My wife and I bought this unit after visiting my parents/grandparents for a number of years and falling in love with the area. It has been wonderful for our family and has provided some of our fondest memories with our kids. We love tennis, golf the beach as well as the great night life. The area has grown a great deal over the past 10 years and it offers so much. The convenience of the airport, frequent flights and location has made a great getaway and vacation spot.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach Gardens
I don't know of too many places that offer 5 golf courses, tennis/fitness center, pool, spa and excellent restaurants. You literally don't have to leave the resort, it is all here.
