Beautiful Hotel

My husband and two children (ages 12 and 9) stayed at this property from 12/20-12/27/11. The hotel and condo are beautiful. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions about the property and Nuevo Vallarta. The hotel itself does not have any activities for the children. The hotel next door did have a few activies but we did not spend much time there. We did use the tennis court everyday. The beach is clean and great for a run or walk. We did not try the hotel restaurant and we did not like the restaurants next door at the Villa Del Palmar Flamingo. We took a cab to Bucieras every night for excellent food. The zip lining and parasailing were hightlights of the week.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our July vacation at Villa La Estancia. The condo itself is beautifully finished with marble, granite and dark wood, and we all agreed that the beds were particularly comfortable. There is a great pantry for storage, a huge fridge, and all the utensils and appliances you need to make your meals if you choose to do so. We spent our early mornings and evenings on the balcony, which has a gorgeous view of the ocean and is well appointed with both comfy loungers and a table and chairs for enjoying the outdoors. There are also fans both inside and out in the condo, which are great for those of us who prefer to not use A/C. The staff at VLE were exceptionally kind and helpful. They helped us with directions, reservations, and our numerous questions about the area. Angel, the pool concierge, greeted us every morning and promptly set us up for the day. For me, his genuine warmth really set the tone for our experience at the property. We always felt safe, welcome and well-taken care of at the Estancia. In terms of amenities at the property, the pool is large and exceptionally clean. The beach, too, is cleaned early every morning and regularly throughout the day. We spent many hours in the ocean with the VLE's boogie boards, and I would highly recommend this beach for anyone who enjoys spending time in the water. There is also a good gym with cardio machines, weights and a personal trainer who will offer to work with you if you are that ambitious on your vacation! In short, this is a fabulous condo for a family vacation - thank you, George, for your help and hospitality!

Even in these tenuous times in Mexico, I felt entirely comfortable at this resort and the condo was spectacular. The views of the ocean and pool area were outstanding. The condo was very roomy and well appointed. The staff of the resort was very attentive and the services impeccable. Could not have asked for anything better.

Our third visit was as good, if not better, than the other two. How can you beat that? The beautiful facilities, the ideal beach and the most hospitable staff make this a wonderful place. A quiet, easy and flexible place where you feel welcome and safe. A sting ray sting was tended to immediately by the beach and pool staff while a wheelchair was brought to take us to the on-site Doctor. The treatment was excellent and very economical. Prompt treatment is essential to deminish the pain and prevent other complications. The entire staff were attentive, concerned and followed the progress as they would for a friend. Such treatment further builds my confidence in saying this is the place. "Try it, You will like it."

After a second visit I am writing to say that this is a very satisfying place for those looking for a smaller, quieter, high quality vacation. The facility is very well maintained, the staff are so plesant. Almost anything you want to do is not very far away and safety is no problem. The owners of this specific unit are most accommodating and a pleasure to know. Unless you are just an unhappy person this place will be most satisfying. The view from this unit is straight out to the water and the sunset so it is ideal at the cocktail hour. "Try it you will like it."

we loved everything. the condo was spacious and comfortable, the view from the terrace was amazing, the beach was the very best and the staff and services were unbeatable. we loved bucerias and the restaurants. one of the best vacations ever, we would like to come back every year. thank you natalie and george for all your help and suggestions.

The Condo is VERY beautiful. The staff at Villa La Estancia are nice, helpful and well informed . The beach is exrtraordinary. We have recommended this condo to others and they thanked us. They were just as pleased as we were. Our friends have already booked two dates for the coming year.

Our family of five with 3 twenty-something daughters had a wonderful stay in early February 2010. We have stayed at this property before and loved it, but George's unit was even better. Location, view, ocean sounds, convenience ---this time we had it all. We hope to make this an annual family trip for as many of us who can free time to spend together. We will always look for this unit first. One thought to consider: previously we rented cars for the week. This year we tried the all taxi route. Very inconvenient and hassle-filled. For five people we needed two taxis or a larger, hard to get van. Next year a car from the Gecko agency in Bucerias.

Owner response:You are right about most of the taxis in the PV area being 4 passenger. If you need a larger taxi van, let the bellman know and they can arrange for one with about 1/2 hour's notice. On your way from the pool to change in the room for example before going to dinner. You can also ask that driver to meet you after dinner or shopping for the return trip. The taxi drivers are as eager to please you as you are to have them available.

We vacationed at La Estancia the week of Feb. 19th - 26th. My husband and I were vacationing with our 6 and 8 year old children and we all loved it. The place was extremely clean and spacious. The view from the huge balcony was great and it got sun all afternoon. We ate at all of the restaurants and had some great meals (two restaurants at La Estancia and two at Flamingo). We also went to the Mexican Fiesta at Flamingo the food was good and the kids had a lot of fun. The Sea Lion Show at Flamingo was fun too. The pool at Estancia (which is heated) was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of chairs and no need to go down early to get them. The beach was great and they had boogie boards and sand pails for your use with no charge. Everyone there went out of their way to make sure we had everthing we needed and were extremely nice. It was a great vacation.

We enjoyed a fabulous time at Villa La Estancia. The staff was exceptionally courteous and responded quickly to our requests and needs. Room service was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough. The on-site restaurant served a delicious cuisine, and the entertainment was superb. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway or for just a comfortable relaxing vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this property--Villa 2502 at L'Estancia in December, 2009. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and immaculate with every conceivable ammenity you could want and a spectacular view. George was extremely easy to deal with and we can't wait to come back. Thanks for making this so nice for us---we will return!!
