The home is about 6 blocks from the beach which runs along one side of the Island looking towards the San Francisco Bay bridge. It is 3200 sq. ft.of elegance. It has a large kitchen with a unique type granite countertop, marble entrance, 3 large HD TV's, wireless internet access, AIR CONDITIONING AND FREE PARKING. The home is near the Alameda marina shopping center with grocery stores, restuarants and banks. Its one block from a park with children play structures. It has easy freeway access to the I-880 & 580 freeways & public transit BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)to San Francisco. The master bedroom is very large, 28ft. long and 15ft. wide. It has 3 french doors and two large windows. One french door opens out to the balcony in the front of the house. It has its own private bath which has a jaccuzzi tub, a large sit-in glass shower, his and hers sinks and a large 15ft. by 15ft walk-in closet. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer upstairs; and one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a private entrance to the downstairs bathroom. It also has an entrance from the hallway. There is wireless internet thoughout the whole house.
The family room has a fireplace and is surrounded by six large windows. It has a large big screen HD TV, couch, DVR's and DVD players, a movie library, chess board and other games. A door leads out to the patio which is beautifully decorated with patio furniture, an unbrella with table, chairs, lounges and a gas barbeque grill.
The full kitchen has granite countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, trash compactor, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, glassware, plates, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
The house is a 8 minute drive to the Chuck Corica gulf course in Alameda, 10 minutes from the Oakland Airport and 12 minutes from the Oakland Collisium to see the Oakland A's, the Oakland Raiders or even to watch the Golden gate warriors.
One can easily walk to Crown Memoral Park just 6 blocks away. There is music in the park every friday night during the summer. This Crown Memorial park is right beside the beautiful Alameda beach just 3 minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Alameda
I live in the City of Alameda. I love this city. It is a beautiful neighborhood. It has the beach and everything one would need. The climate is beautiful all year round. It never get too hot or too cold. Because I live nearby I can manage the property myself and provide excellent service to my customers. I have done property management for 15 years and feel that I can provide the service needed.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The home is just a 3 minute drive to the Alameda Crown Memorial State Beach that looks out at the San Francisco Bay. Its about 5 minutes from the Ferry station that have ferry rides to downtown Embarcadero San Francisco several times per day. About a 8 minute drive to the Chuck Corica golf course and 10 minutes to the Oakland International Airport. There are 18 century Victorian homes tours of the large historic Victorian homes in the city. The parking is free, and you can easily find parking in front of the house. In the downtown area of Alameda there are meters, but no hassle finding parking compare to San Francisco or Berkeley. Alameda is a small town, but have all the conveniences you need. The weather is beautiful. The home is 3 blocks from the Alameda Webster Street tube that takes you directly onto the I-880 & 580 freeways and all the sightseeing.
The property is in a very quiet area. The air condition makes it comfortable during the summer. There is a park 1 blocks away and the kids can play. There are bike trails, music bands playing in Crown Memorial Beach park on Fridays from 5.00PM to 8.00PM during the summer. There are street fairs, antiques shops, golf and tennis courses. There are chess games, cards, TV, wireless internet, DVD, movies, barbeque and anything you may need for entertainment.
