Beautiful new ocean view 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with its own private pool, located within a gated beachfront community offering a huge swimming pool, private beach access, manicured gardens, 24 hour security. Just a 3 min. drive over to the new Marina at La Cruz, and several excellent restaurants in the local town. The home is well located right in the center of the north side of the bay, just a short drive to Bucerias, La Cruz, Sayulita, San Pancho, Punta Mita, which are all great hot spots for restaurants, entertainment, cafes and bars.
Superb home fully equipped with a gourmet granite kitchen, stainless steel appliances, AC throughout, large solid wood closets, private pool with sun terrace & outside dining to make the most of the balmy evenings.
The rental price includes maid service 1 time a week (changing of bed linens, towels & cleaning)

The house is set up with very good taste and you only need to bring your swiming gear to start enjoying.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, House in January 2011. It was a last minute reservation and the owners were really helpful in allowing us to rent the property at short notice. They were also delightful when we arrived letting us know all about the property and surrounding area. The house itself was very impressive. There is ample space for 3 couples (or equivalent), each with their own tastefully decorated bedroom with big comfortable beds, space for storing clothes and a lovely en-suite too. The master bedroom at the front of the property has a lovely big balcony and the back bedrooms also have balconies with space to sit and read/relax. The open-plan, spacious kitchen/diner and lounge is very social but on different levels which provides a great layout. The back garden provided further great outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and we spent plenty of time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. The development is very quiet and it has security at the front of the development which we appreciated. We were impressed too by the large and attractive communal pool - only a 5 minute stroll from the front door! Although not heated, the Mexican sunshine made the pool warm enough to swim in – and that was in January! This area is perfect for children to play in the pool and surrounding area, as well as being great for adults to sit back and relax – would work well for groups of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful setting and wonderfully comfortable accommodation – fantastic for a perfect ‘chilling out’ holiday in glorious Mexico! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a professional couple, a realtor and an architect from Vallarta. I am originally from London but moved full time to Vallarta in 2003 and haven't looked back! We built our house in B Vallarta to make the most of the beachfront location in La Cruz and the well paced development that is occurring on the north shore.
