Why the Owner Chose La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
We designed and built this beach house in Brisas Vallarta because we were enchanted by the location, which not only offers us proximity to the local fishing (and surfing) towns of La Cruz, Sayulita, San Pancho, Bucerias, Punta Mita and the new Marina at La Cruz but also the quality amenities within the gated complex, its large pools, beachclub, manicured gardens and 24 hour security
The Unique Benefits at this House
We both live and work in Vallarta but enjoy spending the weekends at our beach house with its ocean views and beach club on the north side of the bay, sharing drinks with friends over the BBQ at our private pool and entertaining at the beachclub on site.

We are a professional couple, a realtor and an architect from Vallarta. I am originally from London but moved full time to Vallarta in 2003 and haven't looked back! We built our house in Brisas Vallarta to make the most of the beachfront location in La Cruz and the well paced development that is occurring on the north shore.
