This 3,400 square foot dream home is located in the gated community of Montage with stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The property is turn-key furnished and ready for the discerning visitor including a gym and 7 TV's. This house is our 2nd home so we did not skimp on furnishings, art, towels, linens and appliances. Our luxurious, modern home is located just 8.3 miles from the HITS Thermal Horse Show and is close to La Quinta Resort & Spa, Stage Coach Music Festival, Coachella Music Festival, Casinos & Gambling, Golf Courses, LG Skins Game, Indian Wells tennis Garden, Polo Fields and more. Although we have 5 bedrooms, one is used as an office and one is a nursery but we have a Queen Aero bed that fits nicely. Here are some things our home has:

We bought this home in 2005 before be became parents. We live 1/2 time in San Diego and 1/2 time in the desert, which affords us the opportunity to lease the house out. Please note that this is our second home so we did not skimp on any of the furnishings, appliances, linens and art. We love this home!!
