Hali'i Kai is a new, gated condominium community situated on the ocean at the famous Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Its location makes it a premier resort. It is about a 30 minute drive from Kona International Airport. It is close to restaurants, shopping, golf and may other activities. Hali'i Kai has a beautiful ocean front pool and bar area and an open air fitness room.
Unit 14F is an oceanfront two story penthouse that offers spectacular ocean views from the master suite upstairs and the kitchen and living and dining rooms downstairs. The sunsets and the whale watching are incredible - an unobstructed view!! From the street side there are lovely views of the mountains that overlook the Kohala Coast.
This unit is actually a three bedroom unit that is also available as a two bedroom unit. For those of you who wish to rent it as a two bedroom unit, you may choose any two of the bedrooms: an oceanfront master king suite with lanai, a mountain view queen suite, or a mountain view two twin bed suite. The choice is yours, according to your needs. There are very few two bedroom oceanfront units available for rent on the Kohala Coast.
All rooms in this unit are graciously decorated in island decor. Bathrooms are elegant and roomy. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and an ocean front deck for outdoor dining make for leisurely and scenic meals!
