I wanted to write to let you know that everything with the rental condo turned out wonderfully. We had a blast skiing in Utah and plan to return next year. I'll be in touch for another rental.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time. We just checked out and the snow was fantastic. The temperature never got above 10 degrees so that was a struggle, but we loved the house and the location. There is a bit of walk to the cabriolet, but would only be hard in ski boots. Otherwise, very easy access to the cabrilet which was great. The house was clean, well kept, and with the fridgid temps, the wood fireplace was fantastic. We found the owner and his staff to be very impressive. We needed more blankets and called and he was so gracious and had his lady bring some over for us. We've stayed in other VRBOs and have never had a great owner and nice service. The clubhouse was a nice amenity to enjoy. It was not too crowded and enabled us all to spread out more than just our rental. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. The owner and his staff alone would bring us back. But the convenience to skiing was great too. Also, we recommend the Chez Betty (spelling?) for dinner. It's pricey, but worth it. Make reservations in advance.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We just checked out and loved the location. The town was busy during the holidays and it was nice to enjoy the fun, but also escape from it all and stay in this very quiet resort community. The cabriolet was very convenient, about a 7 minute walk, and allowed us to quickly get to the slopes. We really liked the wood burning fireplace. It was fun to come back make a meal with the family and put our feet up and watch a movie. We really had a great time together. We had a car, but rarely used it because we had easy access to the bus which took us to teh shops and old town for free. We would stay here again. 1. There was no promised internet. Customer rep claims that they were in the midst of switching providers and the new provider didn't turn up as expected. As such, it's just too bad for me as they claim it was 3rd party. This is acceptable if the apartment came with internet but it broke down. But due to the failure to plan properly, they delivered an apartment with no internet and that is their failure. It caused extreme inconvenience for us as we need to book lift tickets, airline check-ins and even clear some work emails. This is completely unacceptable. 2. TV in the masterbed room was NOT WORKING. They said it is PROBABLY (they are not sure) due to the same reason as the internet. Can you imagine going on a holiday and your master bedroom had no TV?? Sure, TV is not everything, but it is pretty impt when you want to just lie down and relax after a long day of skiing. We got pretty much the same excuse, it's too bad, this is 3rd party fault, and not ours. 3. They were many failures throughout the entire house. Lights with no bulbs, electrical sockets that don't work and the list continues. 4. One of the bathroom shower could not get enough heat to even take a bath. My mother had to use my children's bathroom to bath. Water pressure was also serious bad and just not possible to bath in. 5. No instructions whatsoever of where to find things and how to work different things like the heater, etc. No maps, no directions on how to get to the lifts (promised to be walking distance but we didn't find it within walking distance) and how to get to the community club. This just speaks of really poor management and customer service. I am seriously disappointed with this place and I warn everyone who intends to rent from Utah Best Vacation Rentals as i will NEVER rent from them again as their management of the property is extremely poor and they refused to do anything about it when I demanded for some refund. Obviously customer service is not their top priority and my stay sucked so bad with no internet and no TV.Owner response: We worked hard to resolve all of James' concerns. We made some mistakes along the way, and were able to make it right with him. We have worked hard since to make necessary improvements to satisfy future guests. We have a full staff and rest assured your stay will be very comfortable here.

I can't say enough about the condo we stayed in during the Christmas holidays. It was beautiful, spotless and well stocked. We would definitely rent again from Jean. We have stayed in Red Pine (different owner)) and not at all the quality of Jean's home. Close to everything, but more importantly very comfortable and homey. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We highly recommend this home if you want to be at the Canyons Resort and enjoy all the surrounding amenities and excitement. We came when it was slow in town (we prefer it that way), and we had another great relaxing time. We live in Utah and like to escape to Park City. This was our first time staying here, and it won't be the last. The kitchen was nice, the photos were accurate, the owner had staff and they were so gracious and helpful. We loved our stay here. The scenery is so amazing. You're 4 miles to downtown Park City, but it was easy to jump on free shuttle and go anywhere quick. The condo didn't have a ot of parking, but the accommodations were great, updated, clean, accurately marketed, and the pool and hot tub amenities were really a nice bonus.Did you find this review helpful? Great area, resort is right there. It was as advertised. The condo was nice too, nice furniture, adequate supplies. We had gorgeous Fall weather, it even snowed 10" or so the last night we were there. Had we been there for skiing, this would have been the best location.
