Year Purchased: 1976
After having spent our childhood summers in the area, my husband and I purchased this land in 1974. We built a home for our family and have enjoyed countless memories watching our children grow up on this shore front. Now with children of their own the cycle continues. We just got back from spending a lovely, relaxing week at this home. The location is fabulous and my kids enjoyed playing in the sand and swimming in the bay. This homeowner thought of everything, was a pleasure to deal with and the house couldn't have been more accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the home was spotless! The neighborhood was very quaint and the views of the bay were gorgeous! Just a few minutes drive and you were in Sag Harbor! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
