This professionally decorated designer gulf front unit is well equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation. Our unit includes a 42" flat screen TV in the living area as well as TV and DVD/VCR players in every room. The living room also has a wet bar.
Our condominium is accessorized with upscale furnishings. The designer kitchen boasts new custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances including a built in ice maker. It also has a full size front load washer and dryer. All the bathrooms have granite countertops and custom cabinets with designer sinks. Each bath has a wall mounted hairdryer. The living and dining areas have gorgeous travertine marble floors with inlay. Cable television is provided along with complimentary HBO, FREE wireless internet.
Edgewater has an on site state-of-the-art fitness center with sauna. 2 sparkling pools, one heated during the fall and winter season. Edgewater also has a waterfall at one pool, a children's pool, and a heated spa. We have gas grills located at the picnic area, along with shuffleboard and basketball courts. Enjoy lunch and drinks at our Tiki Bar and Grill with your FREE $20.00 gift certificate. You can relax on our beautiful beach with FREE DAILY BEACH SET UP (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) for each paid day of your stay.
The local area offers a wide variety of championship golf courses, tennis, biking and hiking trails. We are with in walking distance to many of the areas fine restaurants,shopping, grocery stores, and seafood markets. The world famous Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just across the street. Water sports, parasailing, and dolphin/sunset cruises are nearby.
Destin is one of the world's luckiest fishing villages. Edgewater Beach Condominium is a family friendly resort and by far the most fabulous resort in this natural paradise.
Edgewater does NOT charge a cleaning fee for daily, weekly or monthly stays. Winter guest also receive a free mini clean for each month of their stay.
Our condominium is "No Smoking". Edgewater policy prohibits pets and rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
