I cannot say enough great things about this condo! Thank you Lisa for being such a fantastic owner to deal with! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, convenient, well decorated, condo to rent while visiting Islamorada and the surrounding areas. The pictures online are exactly what you see when you enter the beautiful home. Thank you again and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Rates
Fifty percent of rental due at time of reservation. Balance due one month prior to arrival, personal check only. Five hundred dollar security deposit due with balance, separate check please which will be returned after townhome has been cleaned and keys returned. Cleaning is in addition to weekly rental fee.
