    Our family of 5 (Me, hubby, 15yo, 13yo, and 7yo) stayed at Mary Beth's condo March 9-16, 2013 and had a wonderful time. The condo is gorgeous and truly felt like home. The balcony spans the width of the condo with access from living room or master bedroom. I enjoyed waking up to the view of the harbor and having coffee outside. The condo was stocked with all of the necessities and we had fun entertaining our Sarasota family when they came up for the evening. I normally don't sleep well when away from my own bed however that was not a problem at all. The master bed is extremely comfortable. I'm also very picky about cleanliness and it was spotless. We were within walking distance to so many things - dolphin excursions, parasailing, Pier 60, restaurants, and (most importantly) the beach. Since we were traveling as a family, I was concerned that we chose spring break week. But the condo was very quiet. Mary Beth was so easy to work with. She was very fast to respond to questions and our deposit was mailed back within days of our return. My only regret is that we only stayed a week. As always, it was the fastest week ever! Thank you Mary Beth!! We will definitely be in touch the next time we come to Clearwater Beach! The Kuchs

    We had a great time in the condo. Watched the fireworks out both the front door and the back! We had a late flight out the last day and the owner graciously accommodated us! Easy walk to the beach. Nice and quiet area. Underneath parking. Comfy furniture. All the cooking needs were there. Hope to be back.

    My Wife and I travel frequently and we're not easily impressed. Mary Beth's Condo was truly one of the nicest venues we've ever experienced. It made for a beautiful week in Clearwater Beach. This Condo starts with the best parking spot in the garage and ended with our deposit being returned mere days after we returned home. My Wife handled all of the logistics with Mary Beth and they were effortless. This Condo provided a "homebase" for us as My Mother flew in to stay with for a few days....we laughed as she continually said "I've died and gone to Heaven" There was plenty of room to entertain and we frequently had "happy hours" on the very spacious deck. One of our daughters got Married while we were in town, we were so proud to bring a few people back to the Condo for lunch after the special day. The appointments throughout the condo are exquisite , you feel so at home, yet pampered. Everything is within walking distance, and so many beautiful towns are within a few hours. We enjoyed a fantastic Mexican lunch in Sarasota's Armond Circle . I took pictures of the trey ceilings as well as the tile shower and granite countertops so someday when we permanently move to Florida we'll remember the features that we want in our home. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this Condo , I truly hope we will again someday.

    This condo is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of places. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Marybeth was so nice to work with and the cleaning ladies did a great job. You will not want to leave :) We are looking forward to our next trip to Clearwater and hope to stay at this awesome condo again.

    My wife, daughter and I stayed in this condo the week of March 10-17. This was our first vacation rental, although we are very frequent travelers. We now have a 9 month old, which is what led us towards a condo rental. I was looking for a condo that would be considered "very nice". I was looking for a nice interior, with granite, stainless steel appliances, beautiful bathrooms, etc. Fortunately for me, I found it! This condo was perfect in every way. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice, we were excited from the moment we stepped in the front door. From the VERY large balcony, to the view, to the fully tiled shower. It was very spacious, with all the amenities you would expect in a condo of this quality. It was located right in the heart of Clearwater Beach. Every night, we took our daughter for a walk in her stroller. It was about a 10 minute walk along the beach, to the play area near the pier where there were slides, swings, etc. There were many options for food within walking distance and the beach was across the street and up about 1 block. For a change, it's only a 4 minute drive across the bridge to Sand Key Park and Beach. We prepared a number of our meals in the condo and enjoyed each one on the balcony, where we had a peaceful view of the inter coastal waterway and a nice patio table and chairs. There were also patio loungers, which we didn't take the time to use. Free Internet was also available via wifi, which allowed us to use our mobile devices to stay connected. The condo building was also nice, with reserved covered parking, a nice swimming pool, hot tub, and secured entrance into the building. Although we were there during Spring Break, there was plenty of space at the pool. The building was also very quiet. I think because of the price point, there were no college students that we saw in our building. Lastly, working with MaryBeth was super-easy. From the first phone call to receiving our deposit refund everything went smoothly as she walked us through our first vacation rental process. The condo was nicely cleaned and ready for us to arrive. We had one question when we arrived, which she promptly answered. We received our deposit back within 5 days of leaving her condo. She also helped us coordinate the delivery of rental baby supplies, such as Crib, High Chair, Exer-Saucer, etc. We're already planning to reserve the same condo for next year! Thanks for an awesome vacation!

    Five-star rating for all aspects of this beautiful condo vacation rental! Exquisitely decorated, spacious, centrally located. As others have mentioned, we saw dolphins in our inlet. Also, we were able to watch a fireworks display on Saturday evening from our balcony. Communication and travel instructions were easily and timely conveyed, as well as the return of our security deposit. Don't miss this opportunity to enjoy a piece of paradise in Clearwater Beach, FL! Definitely will consider again if we haven't moved to Clearwater Beach yet!!! Thank you!!! :)

    We spent a week in Clearwater and this Condo made the trip perfect. I am so picky and I spend alot of time trying to find a perfect place. It was such a wonderful feeling to walk through the door and see this beautiful condo. Cleanliness is a high priority for us and this place was emaculant! We walked to the beach every day and walked to several differant dinner locations. The dolphins didn't fail to entertain us as well. MaryBeth was great to work with. I received our security deposit back in less than a week! Thanks MaryBeth and we hope to return and 2012!!

    We just returned from our trip on 04-11-11. We went for my wife's 40th birthday with another couple. The condo is better than the pictures show. The master bedroom is spectacular even though we let the other couple have it. Biggest master that I have seen. Great views from the balcony, great weather and great beaches. My wife has fair skin and the beaches have cabanas everywhere for the shade lovers. Like everyone else said, it is pretty cool to watch dolphins from the balcony. The owner is very easy to work with and easy to contact with any questions you might have. You will never get a place like this with the views from the 7th floor for these prices, especially when you split the cost. Condo is 2/10ths of a mile from the beach. We parked the first day because we didn't know any better and walked the rest of the time. We are going back next year but I'm getting the master bedroom this time. Highly recommended.

    Our family loved the condo! As others described, watching the dolphins from the large balcony was fabulous! The first night we even watched some fireworks in the distance. The owner was great to work with in renting the property. It was very clean and well-maintained. For families, I would recommend the public beach a couple of blocks down from the condo. We enjoyed watching the finals of the NCAA tournament on the large television, even if Kentucky did lose:( The living room was great for playing cards as well. We would certainly go there again!

    Our family just returned from a wonderful week at Marybeth's condo. It was perfect! It was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with everything we would need for the week. Paper products and cleaning products were in ample supply! The condo looked exactly as pictured on the website. The third bedroom actually has a futon with linens as well, which worked great for our family. The large flat screen TV in the living room was great for watching March Madness basketball games. The details were wonderful in the condo, from the tile work to the crown moldings and granite counters. The condo unit was also very quiet, we didn't hear our neighbors at all. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the patio over looking the water. The last day a dolphin swam right up to the pier! Marybeth was wonderful to work with! So easy to email with and quick with responses. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to feel pampered on vacation!!! Thank you Marybeth!!!

    We spent ten glorious days at this condo over Christmas and our family had an awesome time together! Mary-Beth was great to work with in making our arrangements and, once we arrived, the condo had luxurious amenities - three beautiful bedrooms each with its own huge bed and television! This place is immaculately clean and opulently decorated. It is also within a brief 5 minute walking distance to the beautiful white sand of Clearwater Beach! There is a Walgreens just a "stone's throw" away from this condo at which we purchased many groceries. You can also take the Jolly Trolley which stops right in front of the condo to Publix grocery store for more extensive food shopping needs! We used the Jolly Trolley and Sun Coast Trolley for travelling to shopping malls and other points of interest all over Clearwater city. No car is necessary for this rental. Our two teenage daughters were enthralled with this condo and it's location. The condo also has a pool and hot-tub which was great for a dip and the pool-side was also a great location to lay out on lawn chairs to relax in the sun on our warmest days! There is also a full length balcony at the condo upon which you can just sit to relax and watch dolphins or boats come and go. I heartily recommend this luxery condo for your enjoyment as a couple or as a family! This is a "six star" rental and well worth the price given the quality of decor and location! God willing, we would love to return again to this place with our family! Thanks for everything Mary-Beth!

    We spent 9 nights here in August 2010 while bringing our son to school. Everything about this condo is exactly as shown, the only hidden surprise was the beautiful sunrise in the morning while sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee and yes we were treated to 3 days of dolphin shows!! We were a party of 5 (3 teenage boys) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The boys enjoyed watching the Little League World Series on the huge tv. The kitchen is complete with everything you could possibly need. It was nice to be able to give my son a last minute home cooked meal before going to U. Tampa. Plenty of towels!! Nice easy walk to the beach. Plentyl of stores and restaurants all within walking distance. The owner was so easy to get in touch with. We would definately come back here again!!!

    My family and I just recently spent a week at this condo, and it was wonderful! The condo itself is beautiful, and the location is ideal! The lovely balcony looks over a bay off of the gulf, and one day we were treated to the site of dolphins swimming in the bay. The beautiful white-sand beach is a short walk away (about 3 min.) Our parking spot was right by the elevator, and everything we needed (grocery store, shops, church, etc.) was at most a 5 min. drive away. The kitchen was equipped with high quality appliances and cookware. The landlord was personable, easy to reach, and responsive to questions/concerns. Finally, we have three teenagers, and they loved it and were sad to leave.
