A charming, light and bright large garden level flat with its own private street entrance and door to communal gardens is ideally situated for South Kensington and Knightsbridge. This excellent flat is newly decorated and converted to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, and the sitting room has a large bay window, good furnishings, and a decorative fireplace--very spacious. The kitchen is fully tiled and has a dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer. The master bedroom with an English King size bed, has a bathroom en suite, and door to the gardens. The bathroom is fully tiled and also contains a shower cubicle (with a tremendous power shower) together with bath and wash hand basin. The floors are heated. Bedroom 2 has TWIN BEDS, good storage, and a bathroom which has a shower attachment over the tub, wash hand basin, and loo.

There is a washer and separate dryer in the hall cupboard--nice quality. This bright and cheerful property is one of our top ten flats. It is large, comfortable, and the location is ideal. Clients should give this property serious consideration; it is one of our first choice properties. SIMPLY IDEAL.
