You will love staying at Hermosa Heights! It's your own personal paradise! Hermosa Heights is a private community that has everything you need and more at your fingertips! With all the amenities on-site, you don't even have to leave! Most people that visit Costa Rica of course, plan on venturing out and exploring, and there are so many things to do and see, I only hope you have enough time! The private movie theater inside of a club is unique and fun for all! The sports bar and other restaurants give you many options if you don't feel like cooking. There is a sauna for that relaxing massage or pedicure, and mini golf for the kids or the whole family. The pool with 2 slides and swim up bar is also fun for all. There is wireless internet throughout the community as well.
The villas are beautifully constructed. The octagon shaped villas have breathtaking mountain and ocean views and you can also see the fun going on the pool. The extremely vaulted ceilings are also a great feature of this villa.
The beautiful beaches are very close and clean. There is world class surfing, snorkeling, and diving right in front of you. There is something for everybody here. Canopying through the trees, horseback riding, rafting, visiting volcanoes, it's endless! You will already be planning next year's vacation after your stay this year!

I love Costa Rica so much that after my first visit there 5 years ago, I returned the following month and started to look for a place to buy. I enjoy my time so much when I'm there, it is hard to leave, and I understand how so many of my friends and acquaintances have packed up and moved to Costa Rica! I am a travel guru, but there is no place quite like Costa Rica!

I loved Hermosa Heights from the first moment I visited. It has everything you could want. The villas are unique and beautifully constructed, and I love the location.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We have our own washer and dryer in the villa which is so convenient. I also love being able to use the internet, even when I'm at the pool. I like having a mini market on premises, and having our own movie theater and sports bar is also a fun convenience.

There were a lot of corners cut in making this place, and I get the impression its still being prepared for guests. There is no maid service, and no dish soap or sponge for washing dishes, and no broom for sweeping the sand tracked in on the floors. When we asked for trash bags we were told they don't normally provide them. Trash bags are not something I would think a guest should have to provide. In the master bedroom there was no shower curtain system up, but there was a kit for it under the sink so maybe it will be in soon. Because we could not take a shower, we tried the bathtub but the drain plug system was not on right. I ended up having to fix it myself. There were a few other things that aren't bad, but just tacky workmanship, such as the front door which is on the hinges crooked and the top has a gap when you shut it and the toilet paper holder being installed so that it cannot hold the TP. Other than that stuff, its a cool (AC) dry and safe place to stay. I'd say a little over priced for some of the things it lacks, and that you are expected to provide.
