  What a fabulous villa that "far" exceeds the pictures and description listed in the literature. We had a great time and enjoyed the "quiet" and "privacy" of the villa especially the huge patio. The master bedroom was very large and had 4 closets along with 2 baths which is very unusual (but wonderful). Harmony is very clean and well equipped so there was nothing additional we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was clean and the temperature was refreshing. George and Olga were helpful and made sure we enjoyed the villa. We plan to go back next year and I highly recommend villa Harmony.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  I wanted to thank you so much for enabling us to have such a wonderful, restful vacation! Your villa was very beautiful and perfect in every way. From the incredibly beautiful, comfortable master bedroom, to the great swimming pool with the fantastic views of the ocean, we thoroughly enjoyed it in every way. Despite the rain and tropical storm, we enjoyed the outdoor couches and watching the rain come down did not bother us at all with the gazebo above. We look forward to many future stays at your home!   I have stayed at Villa Harmony for 11 nights with my wife and I've enjoyed every minute of my stay! We have visited this Villa last year also and that was the reason to come back! I have not experienced any problems with electricity. The rooms where clean and spacious and great views. We have never had problems with hot water, never ran out of it. It must be noted that in the Caribbean we do have musquitos sometimes during the year, depending of the weather (basically in morning and evening times) but with some repellent you will have problems. I will certainly return to Villa Harmony in the future to spent holidays and I will recommend this property to my family and friends. Thank you, Olga and George for your hospitality.   The Villa is exactly as it is in the pictures! That is the only part of Villa Harmony that was as advertised! During our stay the main electricity breaker tripped over 40 times and I had to go under the Villa into a cockroach infested room to reset the breaker. We could not use all the features of the Villa due to this major power issue - not a supply power issue, a power issue with-in the Villa itself. Can not use hairdryers, curling irons! We could not use the hot tub due to power problem! There is enough hot water for one person to take a shower - and then wait for over an hour for more hot water! Could not run all the air conditioners at the same time due to power problem! Could not use the washer and dryer due to power issue. IF you rent this Villa, and my advise would be to find another Villa, make sure you take bug spray as the mosquitoes are horrible - cannot sit outside in the evening without them swarming! Villa provided one can of bug spray and 3 candles to ward off bugs! If I return to St Maartin, I will not stay at this Villa again. Very big disappointment!

  Owner response: When you arrive at Villa Harmony you will find –as these guests-all the installations working perfectely. Yes, in the first day evening the power went off- oh! What happen?? this is completely unusual! and we intervened at once in the next minute to restore the current. From the following morning the electrician was spot to verify, during several hours the installation: all the devices worked, no interruption …and next day same thing…guests have power off… and when the electrician comes all devices works together (all AC, washmachines, dryer, oven, jaccuzzi…) without power off…but we ask again for complete checking…this stay was only for 4 days and after the departure we have new guests from 18 july and –as before- not any power off.We will ask them to testify. A power cut is very unpleasant BUT in that case it was only a question of putting back a circuit breaker in position on- so less than 1 minute of interruption the evoked number is not realistic. We watched the installation the whole day all the devices working and noticedonly a single interruption in 3 days. All the devices were working. Our installations are recents and controlled, we asked immediately a technician until obtain the solution WHAT ELSE IS POSSIBLE? Never the slightest cockroach in the villa –only a possibility of some insects outside in the pool local during heavy rains Be sure that you will find a Villa in perfect condition and in case of trouble for any reason we are on place for an immediate reply with a professional team. thank you for your assistance after hours of automatics responses

  Villa Harmony was as shown in the pictures and our stay was very enjoyable.This villa is well equipped and was quiet and very private.Georges and Olga were very nice and available if needed.We enjoyed our stay and look forwarded to coming back in the future.

  “As returning guests to Villa Harmony, we were delighted with the extension and the many special touches that have been added to take the villa to another level of luxury. The furnishings, amenities, and special features are high quality providing comfort throughout. The new Master Suite with its own terrace and Jacuzzi felt like an oasis within an oasis. The roof-top deck with comfortable patio furnishings made it a great place to extend our panoramic view of the island and the sea with beautiful sunsets and amazing star-gazing. I loved the peace and tranquility of the early morning sitting on the new roof-top deck watching the cruise ships passing by in the distance. We spent our days on the spacious patio with cooling dips in the infinity pool and the new integrated spa – an opportunity to work out or simply relax in a floating current. Villa Harmony is located within a few minutes drive to our favourite beaches, restaurants, and the Port Cupecoy market for stocking up on snacks and refreshments. For a change of pace, we explored the island and visited Philipsburg for some duty-free shopping. We always enjoyed returning “home” to Villa Harmony where we had everything we needed for relaxation and serenity. Villa Harmony lives up to its name and has continually met our expectations for privacy, peace, and relaxation. We will be returning to Villa Harmony and highly recommend the villa if you are looking for something quite different from the hotel resort environment. Patricia Muir, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.”

  “We have enjoyed four visits to Villa Harmony. Villa Harmony provides a wonderful sense of privacy and security and it is fairly priced. It is close to the airport, our favourite beaches, Marigot, a terrific grocery store at Porto Cupecoy and a reasonable drive to the great dining in Grand Case. We have rented other villas on the Dutch side of St. Maarten and the location was not as convenient nor did we feel as safe. The views from the pool deck are pretty – especially the sunsets. There is also a rooftop sun deck which is particularly nice under a moonlit sky. The villa was renovated in 2010 and now includes a fantastic master bedroom, complete with a lounge area, large TV and two ensuite bathrooms. Very nice. Part of the secure feeling of Villa Harmony comes from the nearby residence of the woman ( Olga ) who looks after housekeeping and other tasks. She is a delightful person and as helpful as need be. We choose to enhance our privacy by asking her to visit the villa every third or fourth day even though she is available six days per week. We have already booked our return to Villa Harmony in 2012.”

  This property is beautiful as seen in the pictures. However, upon our arrival we discovered that there was no washer or dryer that functioned. Nor was there a microwave that worked and the internet connection was interrupted by the baby monitor used by the caretaker on site. Construction was ongoing for a few days and was irritating. The biggest problem to me was that the tap water is non-potable and you must buy gallons to use for teeth cleaning, coffee and tea. The water system is a cistern that collects rain water. It was a stressful vacation that we won't repeat. Add to that the voluminous traffic on the island and we were not there at high season in mid November. Good luck
