Our luxury home is on the 8th fairway of Johnson Ranch Golf Course and is a highly upgraded 2,400 sq ft , 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with granite through out and tile on the first floor with hardwoods on the second floor. 23 ft ceilings in the main living areas, huge gourmet kitchen with trash compactor, wine coolers, breakfast bar, automated dishwasher and new refrigerator. The backyard has a 24 ft pool with a six person heated spa, lots of tropical palms and a built in propane grill. The backyard also has views of the 8th fairway and the beautiful Arizona sunsets. The large covered patio is furnished with a 9 ft comfy couch, a 4 top dining set, and a small TV with cable. The large downstairs master has a king size tempur pedic bed, upstairs has a new pillow top king in the large guest suite and a new pillow top queen in the third bedroom. The loft office is equipped with a computer, wireless internet, fax machine and printer. The house has three TVs, 42" flat screen in the master, 52" projection TV in the den and the guest suite bedroom has a 32" flat screen with cable. There is also a local phone available with unlimited national US only long distance. The house has large rooms and is totally furnished down to the linens and dishes. This home is real luxury - You will not be disappointed!

Our stay in this beautiful home was perfect! Christmas Eve arrival is difficult as most every store closes early, Charlie and Linda not only went shopping for our family but decorated the house complete with a tree. We recommend this house to anyone who would like a carefree holiday with a cozy home and fabulous backyard.

We spent a wonderful month in Casa Linda this fall and would recommend it to everyone who would like to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Phoenix. The home and gorgeous backyard with pool and spa are even better than they look in the pictures you see on VRBO. The home is immaculate and the furnishings and decorations are beautiful and comfortable. Linda provides everything you could possibly need or want for your stay including laundry and cleaning products, paper products and little extras like coffee and tea and spices and sauces you might want for preparing a great meal in the modern well equipped kitchen or on the huge barbeque on the patio. Since she lives in the area, any questions or problems that might arise are resolved immediately. There are grocery stores, a WalMart, a McDonald's, drug stores and restaurants near by so you don't have to travel far to find anything you might want or need, The neighborhood is great for walking, golfing or just sitting on the patio watching the birds and golfers as you relax!

This property perfectly fit our needs. It was comfortable, beautiful, stocked with everything we could possibly need. The owner's were a pleasure to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure our comfort. We loved it soooo much we have already booked this property for our vacation next year. We just spent 3 fabulous weeks in this gorgeous home and do already miss it. Everything was perfect for us: the quiet location, the roomy very thoughtfully decorated house, the amenities that were provided in abundace and the communication with Linda was super easy. Over the years we have stayed in vacation homes several times (and various locations). Linda's house felt very apealing and was spotless, by far the best chocie so far for us. We loved eating breakfast outside by the pool, watching the golfers go by (always fun seing the many shots into the nearby bunker). We also made good use of the BBQ grille and the kitchen since we are avid cooks. Having all the necessary gadgets and utensils provided added pleasantly to the cooking experience. It was only the two of us, but we felt that the house will easily accomodate 6 adults in the 3 spacious bedrooms. The sofas were very comfy, leaving a "problem" which one to choose for some quiet reading. It turned out that the hummingbirds that visited the backyard in the morning and evening hours were our favorites. Since we are not used to them where we live, we enjoed the tiny birds very much and really awaited their regular visits. Although Queen Creek is somewhat outside of the Phoenix Metroplex (about 25 minutes to the next freeway Loop 202) roads are being build to accomodate the increasing number of people and we did not have a problem driving while there. Linda! Thank you for suggesting the Queen Creek Olive Mill. We went and came to love the store, bought some of their specialty oil and dipping sauce. This will make a nice reminder to a wonderful vacation. If someone is looking for a quiet location, with maybe some golfing in the southeast of Phoenix this house is not to be missed. As said in the beginning: we alreadey miss it and will try to come back very soon.

Casa Linda, or The Beautiful Home, lived up to its name. We have had many vacation rentals in the Phoenix area, but Linda’s house is the absolute best. There has never been a house better equipped. It is like living at home, with all the little extras everywhere. We were blown away when we saw the completeness of the home. And that’s what it is, Home, not just a house to stay at. And in deed, we didn’t just stay there, we LIVED there, and it was wonderful! Another fascinating aspect of Casa Linda is the Native-American/Arizona-style decorating that dominates the beautiful house. Linda is an expert even in that! Thank you Linda, for your cheerful, friendly attitude and all the efforts you make to bring comfort, beauty and relaxation to your guests.

I've rented using VRBO in the past but this has been the best place I've ever stayed at. My 83 year old Mother-In-Law used the suite upstairs - it was perfect for her and the steps were easy for her to use. This house has EVERYTHING you need. A well equipped kitchen made cooking a snap. The back yard has a great mixture of sun and shade - didn't come home with a burn. The spa is the BEST!! Linda's "how to" book made it easy to operate the spa, TV’s, dishwasher etc. Having a computer, internet access and a printer was appreciated in getting my boarding passes. Friendly neighbors, too. We left the garage door up accidently and a neighbor stopped by to tell us and remind us that trash pick-up was the next day. I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic bed so finding this in a vacation home was bonus. Why stay in a high priced hotel when you can have so much more or so much less.

Linda's goal is to have her guests enjoy their stay in her home. In the month we spent, we did exactly that. The home shows pride of ownership and is equipped with everything one could possibly need in a vacation home. The back yard truly is an oasis - a perfect place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The home is perfect for two couples or a family. Shopping is convenient and easy - no traffic hastles - everything we required within two minutes. If you want the comforts of home this is the place to stay.
