Come enjoy our Breck Hideaway, where you'll feel at home the minute you walk through the door. Surrounded by acres of undeveloped national forest, yet centrally located to more than 5 major ski resort areas (including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and Vail to name a few), Breck Hideaway is our version of Heaven on a mountain. You can make your stay as lively and busy, or as quiet and laid back, as you'd like. The town of Breckenridge is located just 4 short miles down the road, and offers a variety of activities and amenities for visitors, including restaurants, shops, sightseeing, skiing/snowboarding, horse-drawn carriage rides, nightlife and antiquing, just to name a few.
We have tried to think of everything you might need for your stay. So, you shouldn't need anything other than your clothes, gear and a few groceries. There is a king size bed in the master BR, with a walk-in closet, 37" flat-screen TV and its own bathroom. There is a custom-made queen over queen bunk bed in the guest BR and a private bathroom as well. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, 40" TV, stereo system w/surround sound, gas fireplace and opens out to your own patio. All beds in both BR's have memory foam mattresses and down comforters for your sleeping comfort (you'll never want to leave!).
The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a waffle-maker, blender, and various baking pans and Tupperware (in addition to all additional items listed).
There is a square bar height dining table that seats 8 comfortably. Additionally, you have your own private washer/dryer in the unit and 2 parking spaces during your stay.
When you walk into the condo, you'll find a custom made "ski-nook" where you can place all your gear to dry after a fun day on the mountain.
The "Summit Stage" FREE Shuttle is located outside on the main road. The Summit Stage is a free shuttle service that can take you to various points in Summit County, including Breckenridge town center. This shuttle comes around every 30 minutes. The "Breckenridge Free Ride" shuttle takes you to various points all over the town of Breckenridge.
There's no end to the things you can do while staying at our Breck Hideaway, regardless of the season. The only thing we ask is that you bring your sense of adventure and take many happy memories with you when you leave.

Why the Owner Chose Swans Nest
We chose to buy our Breck Hideaway for many reasons. It is just a 1 1/2 hour drive from Denver to this Heaven on a mountain. You can be as busy or laid back as you want to be. It is easily accessible to more than 5 major ski resorts/areas. It is surrounded by some of the most beautiful mountains you'll ever see in your life; and it's town looks like it belongs in a classic Christmas movie! If you're a nature, action, sport, social, or relaxation enthusiast (just to name a few), Breckenridge has something for you. We've been visiting Breckenridge for over 3 years, and still feel like we have so much more to discover.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are many unique benefits to enjoy during your stay: -You can bring a rental car, or take a shuttle from the airport and enjoy Breckenridge's free public shuttle bus that can take you to/from points all over town, and into neighboring towns, and can be found just a short walk from the condo complex entrance. -You are centrally located to more than 5 major ski resorts/areas. -You can stay for a while, and still eat at a different restaurant every night of your stay! -You are surrounded by national forest, with a stream that runs through the complex. You can fish in the pond located on the property, or watch a few very busy beavers you can see on a daily basis. -You're adjacent to 75 miles of the Colorado Trail, which you can hike, bike, jog, or walk--whatever suits your fancy, and stay as close, or go as far, as you like on it. -

My husband and I both grew up on the east coast U.S. We both love to travel, and had visited other U.S. ski locations before visiting Breckenridge. We fell in love with it instantly! After our first trip in January, 2006, we made Breckenridge our annual winter getaway. We're now begin to explore its summer and other seasonal activities. We hope you love it as much as we do!
