This is the ideal unit and location for enjoying a family and/or friends vacation or a business conference. The unit is on the second floor of Elation with fabulous views of the bay from all windows.The lockoff floor plan of this unit provides a great layout with one bedroom and one bath, kitchen and living area on one side and the lockoff studio with a king bed, full bathroom, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot on the other side. The spacious balcony is off of the main area and overlooks the bay.
Our condo invites you in with the furnishings and needs of home with an open living area, comfortable furnishings, TV, DVD player, free wireless internet and a fully and well equipped kitchen.
Just steps away is an expansive pool area with two pools and two hot tubs.
Since the condo is located in the Village of Baytowne Wharf, you are walking distance to a wide selection of restaurants, live entertainment, shops, large playground, and a short ride to the South side of the Resort where you will find the finest white beaches in the world. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
Since this unit is a lock-off it allows the flexibility to be offered as a studio, as a 1 bedroom or as a 2 bedroom sleeping up to 7.

We enjoyed our recent visit during New Year's Eve at Elation. How fun to stroll down the cobblestone path to Baytowne and mingle with the friendly crowds enjoying the mild weather - and the awesome fireworks at midnight were amazing. We enjoyed breakfast at Another Broken Egg the next day - and then biked the easy distance to walk on the beach (there is an underground tunnel so you avoid all traffic by 98). The beach is great this time of year - uncrowded and the gulf is a gorgeous color green. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Elation condo in June 2010! The view is fabulous and we really enjoyed sunsets on the spacious balcony. The unit is very clean, with plenty of space and everything you need for your stay. It was great to walk down to starbucks in the morning and to dinner every night. The rental process was very easy and arriving/leaving the condo was simple as well. All in all this was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children.
