Breckenridge's peaks 7 and 8 can be seen from the living room window! Hiking or Biking out the back door leads you to miles and miles of trails or into town.
This house get lots of sun, sun sun! The large windows and high ceilings bring in the sun and the views make you feel like you are outside. The master bedroom is located upstairs along with a bathroom (that contains a bathtub), a kitchen, dining area and living room (with 42 inch TV). This master bedroom has large windows that are wonderful for stargazing at night. Downstairs are three more bedrooms. The bedroom with the queen has its own bathroom (with a shower),outside entrance and a TV. The bunk-bed bedroom and another queen bedroom share a bathroom (with a shower).
You will enjoy the hot tub after a day in the mountains!
An auto is needed for this home as we are not on the bus route. However, a two minute drive brings you to the beautiful town of Breckenridge and its ski area.

Year Purchased: 1997
Originally from Connecticut, I came to Breckenridge to teach skiing at the mountain. I settled in and have now enjoyed being here for 16 years.
Why the Owner Chose Bekkedal
I love the winter and the summer here in Breckenridge. The winter with all the snow activities, and ice skating at the rink. The summer with all the endless activities and sunshine.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There are so many outdoor activities you can enjoy right from the home. Miles and miles of trails from the back of the house. A short drive to town and the many other neighboring towns, attractions and ski areas. Everything is close!
