This home in a residential neighborhood offers privacy on over one acre of land. A long flat driveway leads you to our home just perfect for your winter getaway.
Breckenridge's peaks 7 and 8 can be seen from the living room window! Snowshoeing out the back door leads you to miles and miles of trails. If you are up for an adventure; snowshoe to the ski area or town, though it may take over an hour.
This house get lots of sun, sun sun! The large windows and high ceilings bring in lots of sun and the views make you feel like you are outside. The master bedroom is located upstairs along with a bathroom (that contains a bathtub), a kitchen, dining area and living room (with 42 inch TV). This master bedroom has large windows that are wonderful for stargazing at night. Downstairs are two more bedrooms and an office. The bedroom with the queen has its own bathroom (with a shower),outside entrance and a TV. The bunk bed bedroom and the office with a futon share a bathroom (has a shower).
You will enjoy the hot tub after a day in the snow!
A two minute drive brings you to the beautiful town of Breckenridge and its ski area. Even though the driveway is flat, four wheel drive is highly recommended in Summit County and will make your stay more pleasurable. We get lots of snow!

Originally from Connecticut, I came to Breckenridge to teach skiing at the mountain. I settled in and have now been here for 16 years.

I love the winter and the summer here in Breckenridge. The winter with all the snow activities, and ice skating at the rink. The summer with all the endless activities and sunshine.

There are so many outdoor activities you can enjoy right from the home. Miles and miles of trails from the back of the house. A short drive to town and the many other neighboring towns and ski areas. Everything is close!
