This is a great home for family gatherings, groups or proms due to its proximity to Fantasy Island Amusement Park, miniature golf and numerous restaurants and close to beach and bay couples and groups looking for private extended weekend retreat away for the kids with so many activities nearby.
Rentals In Season range from $2500-$3,6000 per week. Off Season rates range from $1000 to $2400. Proms and Groups with adult supervision $800-$1200 extra depending on size.
