  As in a previous review, when we arrived all we could say was ...WOW!!! The views, the lanai and all the comforts of the condo were absolutely fabulous. This was the prefect place to celebrate my early retirement. Whale and Turtle watching from the Lanai (Sea Turtles right below daily @ 7am & 5pm). Great golfing at Kanapali.Two First rate ocean front restaurants down the block (Mala,s and Honu). Live music and dancing around the corner at Lulu's Bar & Grill. World class snorkeling 15 min away at Kapalua Beach. Boogie boarding at Grinding Stone beach. Great staff and friendly people at the facilities. All in all, one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thank you Dara for all your tips and advice. We will definitely be back next year.

  My wife and I plus another couple stayed in this condo for a week in June, 2012. We were intrigued by the photos on the website, but then were skeptical when we looked at the building on Google maps. Didn't exactly look like a prime facility. However, the building is in great shape and the maintenance man was busy watering, washing down the pool deck, etc EVERY DAY! This was a great 2 bedroom condo and the lanai was much nicer than the photos depicted. We could have had a party of 30 people on the Lanai and it would have been large enough. The ability to slide open the glass door out to the Lanai on 2 sides was awesome when we were having our breakfast. The condo is very well equipped, with every utensil you'd ever need, more than enough dish ware. The appliances were very modern and there were even 2 wine coolers in the unit! The other couple would have been happy to just chill out in the condo all day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for their own secluded place on the ocean, overlooking Lanaii, at least that's what it felt like up there in the penthouse. A short walk to 3 restaurants and a shopping center for groceries, pharmacy, and clothing. The chinese restaurant Fu Lin was one of the 3 and it was excellent..Thank you Dara for allowing us to share in your treasure!

  Dara, All I can say is Wow!!!! what a great place. When we first came to the building we were a little concerned because it's older than we thought. However we take the ride to the top floor and Wow!!! what a place. Basket full of Kona coffee and wine for us from the managers,what a welcome to Maui, you guy's are are the best. Thank you, for the use of this beautiful paradise and for the wonderful dinner at Mala's,the food was amazing.

  This was our 5th trip to Maui and it was by far the BEST condo we’ve ever rented. The pictures just don't do this condo justice. The views are magnificent –the morning views (double rainbows against the mountains), sunset ocean views and starry night views were all spectacular. Everything about this condo is Five Star – from the tastefully modern décor to the state of the art entertainment center; from the beautiful fully-equipped kitchen to the down bedding and plush linens; from the open kitchen/dining/living area with retractable wall to wall sliding glass doors to the ENORMOUS Lanai and its comfortable chaise lounges overlooking the ocean and pool below; super clean and incredibly relaxing…it truly is paradise. The condo is so beautifully situated that it was hard to leave to go out anywhere- when we did, downtown Lahiana was close by and the nearest Starbucks and Safeway within walking distance. Cheryl, Willy and other guests/owners from the building we met at the pool or BBQ’ing provided great recommendations on local places to eat and visit. We love our new found vacation “home” and are already planning our next trip back for October.

  Our first trip to Maui...an experience we'll never forget! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We spent a lot of time on the lanai...fantastic views surrounding us! Our thanks to Cheryl & Willy as well. They were both so wonderful and welcomed us with open arms. Everything was amazing!! We hope to make it back!!

  We’ve stayed at this property three times and love it! There are four of us and it’s the perfect size with two bedrooms and baths and a wonderful lanai. It is the top floor unit and feels very secluded. The location is terrific, directly on the water, close enough to walk into town, but still very quiet. It is also close to the Cannery Mall shopping center with a Safeway, restaurants and retail. The layout of the unit is awesome with the entire kitchen/living area comprised of sliding doors that open completely…indoor/outdoor living! The view is extraordinary. Opening all the sliding doors turns the place into an open air living space. This opens out to our favorite part…the Lanai. This seems to double the size of the condo and we are out there from morning on… Its very private and the views include whales, rainbows and a Five Star sunset viewing! When it warms up in the afternoon you can cool off in the outdoor shower and pull the chaise into the shade. We often sleep out here and get treated to the most amazing night skies!! In the morning, turn your back on the ocean and you will be treated to rainbows on the mountain. We love to cook and the kitchen is expertly outfitted and we often hit the local markets and eat in a lot, including gorgeous sunset dinners. The master bedroom with its cushy/down bedding and the open air bathing area feel very luxurious. The audio system is state of the art and provides great mood enhancers. There is a great big screen TV for downtime. The place has always been very clean and well maintained. This place is a gem and you will want to come back!

  A truly fantastic place. As you walk through the door you enter an amazing paradise. The views from the Lanai in all directions are spectacular with the best sunsets we have ever seen. The lanai is as inviting and comfortable as can be with chairs and chaise lounges to relax on. The condo is very well done and has everything you could possibly want. Dara was very helpful in setting up activities, tee times and restaurant reservations and checked in with us a couple of weeks before we arrived to make sure that everything was set for us. Upon our arrival, Cheryl also had some great ideas for things to do and got us into the Yacht Club, which is a great locals only club that we had access to through the condo. When we ate in, we used the very well maintained community BBQ and dined on the lanai. We came to Maui with our days filled with activities, but ended up spending much of our time at the condo. We would venture out in the mornings and spend most afternoons enjoying the lanai and the great pool downstairs. The grounds are meticulously cared for and the location is perfect. It is also a great place for two couples to enjoy with great comfort and ample room. We highly recommend this condo to everyone we know.

  This condo is beautiful and well kept, so don't let the outside fool you. After a few small issues the first few days, everything went great. The problems that we did have Cheryl, the on-site manager, corrected as quickly as possible. She is very easy to work with and an asset for the condo. The lanai is very large, but quite hot during the day so not real usable except early morning and evenings. The view is incredible, the best in Lahaina! Our biggest disappointment was that there is no bar-b-q on the lanai. You have to go down four stories, across the parking garage, and unlock the gate to get to the shared bar-b-q. We had hoped for at least an electric grill to use outside. Loved it!
