Ocean-view beach cottage! This elevated one-story home with large deck is a bargain rental. Fully furnished (non-smoking) home with 3 bedrooms/one full bath (with additional outdoor shower). Offers an affordable vacation in a spectacular location. See the ocean from the large porch with deck-chairs. Quick ocean-access on private neighborhood boardwalk for easy walking (or biking) to beach (quick 3 minute walk from front door to beach.

Between Dreissen Beach Park just north and to the south: Burkes Beach, the Folly (see map), and Chaplin Beach Park (a massive ocean-front park with 6 public tennis courts). Adjacent to newest, (well kept) Marriott Surfwatch (with accessible Tiki-hut style drinks bar near beach) - all nice and neither loud nor visable. This was the last oceanfront area on the island to be developed. Although discovered, it will always remain a federally protected, tidal ocean-wetland nature preserve.
