This is a unique property. Great amenities as you can see and one of the hottest buildings in downtown West Palm.
This particular unit went under a major renovation in 2008. A new state of the art kitchen was installed and also a 50 bottle wine fridge. Master bathroom was completely remodeled as well as the 2nd bathroom which includes a stand up shower with a built in body sprayer. All new tile flooring in kitchen and in both bathrooms. All bedrooms have brand new flat screen TV's. The unit is located on the first floor with a covered parking spot just 50 yards to the door. No elevator necessary.
Looking for a long or short term rental. It's like staying in a hotel but just not in a hotel. Great escape!!!!
