We were very impressed by the beauty of the Naples area and access to the beaches and great golf courses. Heritage Bay offers convenient access to everything that a Snowbird could want: golf, beaches, sun, and great seafood at an affordable price.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo has terrific views and easy access to swimming pools, golf, bike/walking trails, spa, fitness center, tennis, and restaurants without ever leaving the property. You can choose to enjoy quiet relaxation or mingle with the other friendly residents at the nearby pool. Tenants can also enjoy full membership privileges with a modest one-time fee. This would include unlimited golf for a cart fee only. The condo's furnishings are high-quality and is tastefully and comfortably decorated.

What a great rental experience. We have used VRBO several times and this was by far the best condo. The condo is new, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The golf a A+++++. My best description - user friendly
