Heritage Bay also has outstanding tennis facilities, a spa, fitness center and pool/hot tub with a pool-side Chickie hut. Full membership privileges are available for modest one-time fee.

From the time we arrived at the front entrance of H.B., we knew this was going to be a pleasant stay. Beautiful club house, golf course and pools. The landscaping is well done.Very much like a resort. The condo was everything and more as described with VRBO. Very nicely decorated and well stocked with most of anything you may have forgotten. Comfortable furniture, to a great master bedroom.Upscale kitchen utensils, pots and pans and well equipped kitchen. We were so pleased that my husband had to call the owner and let him know. The owner Wayne, is very pleasant to work with. Everyone we met at H.B was very friendly. We would highly recommend this condo. Two thumbs up ! Gail and Zolie Vida IndianaRecommended for: Age 55+.

Our condo has terrific views and easy access to swimming pools, golf, bike/walking trails, spa, fitness center, tennis, and restaurants without ever leaving the property. You can choose to enjoy quiet relaxation or mingle with the other friendly residents at the nearby pool. Tenants can also enjoy full membership privileges with a modest one-time fee. This would include unlimited golf for a cart fee only. The condo's furnishings are high-quality and is tastefully and comfortably decorated.
