We designed and built this home with this goal in mind and we really do work hard to keep it that way.
You and your group will have the pleasure of spoiling yourselves in total luxury. It is just that! Even before you open the door you will be impressed. This cabin is furnished with the very best in mind. This is a great mountain getaway with over 5000 square feet under roof on 3 levels. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, with a end-to-end deck to take full advantage of the magnificent river view.
Large windows and 5 sets of french doors provide panoramic views of the river from every room. The living room has all hardwood interior, gas fire-place, cathedral ceilings, and glass from floor to ceiling facing the river. It has excellent hardwood flooring throughout the house.
It is equipped with a gourmet kitchen for the chef in charge of cooking your favorite things. Also a beautiful dining area for eight plus a bar that sits four more. Every bedroom has a theme Bear, Fish, Moose, and more....
It also has a private dock and stone walk for easy access to the river for fishing and swimming. Not to forget the magnificent entertainment room with a pool table, air hockey, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and a wet bar. We are sure you will love this place and will come back year after year like our other guests...

Normal Rates 2009-2010 ........ $360-$400/night .. $1904/week
Oktoberfest Cabin Rates 2010 .. $410-$500/night .. $2244/week
3 night min required on Memorial Day, 4th of Jul, Labor Day, Christmas & New Year.
Flat $75 standard cleaning and processing fee.
All rentals require a 2 night minimum stay.
4 night min required over Thanksgiving.

Why the Owner Chose Sautee
Every year we use to make multiple trips to beautiful Alpine Helen. We just love the area. We love going fishing, tubing and mountain bike hiding in the Helen area every year. The city comes to life during the Octoberfest season and also we love it during the holiday season when the whole city is lighted up with beautiful festive lights.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We can fish right from our back yard, hear the river water rolling and enjoy sights of deer, bunnies and occasional bear up on the nearby mountains.

I am a software engineer who has lived in suburbs of Atlanta for the past 17 years. Me and my wife love Atlanta and the neighboring mountains which offer us opportunity for tubing, white water rafting and variety of other outdoor activities. We have one son who is 6 and he loves the mountains and river waters as well.
