7700 Sterling Drive (Sterling Vista) is a newly remodeled 4356 square foot private home located just 1/4 mile to the Silver Lake Village with ski access across the street to Snow Park Lodge ski lifts and ski in up the street. Four gorgeous bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms, huge master bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub. The 3 main bedrooms have sliding doors that open to large balconies.
Lower den offers a queen sofa sleeper with large screen TV, private bathroom, and fireplace, fooseball table. Large, open floor plan, with many windows with views of the mountains. A formal dining room with an antler chandelier will provide ample seating for dinner, but for quick snacks, the kitchen table and counter can seat 9 comfortably. A reading loft on the upper level, decorated in a western theme, complete with drum end tables, comfortable rocking chairs offers a quiet retreat.
The large hot tub is nestled against a rustic rock wall in the backyard, surrounded by snow, is private and peaceful after a day of skiing.
All the comforts of home are available to guests: washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, cook top, wine cooler, all kitchen utensils, pans, dishes, glasses.
Every bedroom has a new flat screen TV. Wireless internet is available from any point in the house.

Why the Owner Chose Silver Lake Village
Our family had skied at Deer Valley for 7 years so we decided to purchase a home that was large enough to fit our family and guests. Since Ski Magazine consistently ranks Deer Valley as the #1 Ski Resort, we are confident that we made a wise choice. Our home is an easy drive from the airport. The home is 1/4 mile walk to Silver Lake Village and a short distance to Park City's Main Street. Deer Valley/Park City is also lovely in the spring, summer and fall.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home, Sterling Vista, is a large, but very homey house nestled among pine trees with views of the mountains from 2 bedroom decks and the front of the house. The 3 fireplaces, big screen TVs, and large private hot tub make the apres-ski experience memorable. The bedrooms are spread over 3 levels, and include a bunkroom for the kids, with 2 single/double bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and provide privacy for couples, with many common areas for socializing. There is a formal dining room and a kitchen table and counter with barstools which allows seating for a large group at meal time. Wireless internet is offered free of charge. The lower level den has a fireplace, pull-out queen sofa sleeper, bathroom, and big screen TV so that teens can have a private area to gather or sleep.
