We stayed here for a spring break ski trip, 3 families - 4 adults, 3 kids. The place was wonderful. Spacious comfortable, everything we needed for a great relaxing ski trip. Mary was great to work with and made sure anything we needed was taken care of. She even brought us an extra bottle of wine when we ran out Sunday eve!! The bedrooms were VERY spacious, really 3 master suites. We could have had another family with us and still had plenty of room. Kitchen was great, very usable! Easy to get in and out with boots, skis, jackets through the lowere level changing area. And the kids loved the downstairs game room and main level bunk bed room. It is well stocked with board games.The ski in ski out is neat, might be a little challenging for a novice skiier,, but we all had fun, very easy and convenient. We will stay at this property again!! Sterling Vista Home

We just spent a week at Sterling Vista with nine people and had plantly of room for more. The rooms are all large and have great views of the mountains. Hot tub is great as is the woodburing fireplace. Great location in Silver Lake, a nice walk to Silver Lake Village and the Stein Erickson Lodge. Kids loved the ski-out feature right across the street and ski-in is just a short walk away. It is situated just a short drive to Snow Park Lodge as well as Empire Canyon. The house was very clean and Mary did a great job making us feel at home. Would highly recommend this home.

A Wonderful Christmas at Sterling Vista!

Our family stayed at Sterling Vista the week leading up to Christmas, and we could not have had a more pleasurable stay! The house is as beautiful and as comfortable as you would hope it to be. The pictures are accurate, although I would say they do not do the house justice! There were six adults in our party, and there was MORE than enough room! We even had another family of 7 over to visit at night, and we were all still completely comfortable! The location is great. It truly is ski-out, and the trail is actually quite fun down through the trees and to the lift. The ski-in, as others have said, is a very small walk away, so no trouble there. It's also a minute's drive away from the Silver Lake village area, so that was nice and convenient. The house was perfectly clean and had all the amenities you could imagine. It even had a tree in the front decorated with Christmas lights! That was really a special treat since we were there over Christmas. I would say if you are considering where to ski, Deer Valley is simply the best. You will love it and never want to ski anywhere else! Once you have chosen Deer Valley, you can not go wrong with Sterling Vista! We can only hope to stay here again!

Beautiful silver lake house

Great house! Big enough for two families to share. Very well maintained with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Bedrooms are large and all have their own private bath. Love the hot tub as well as the wood burning fireplace after a long day of skiing! We didn't take advantage of the ski in/out and instead drove to the silver lake lot ($10 for the day). Driveway is steep so definitely need a 4 wheel drive vehicle if you are renting during winter. Mary was great helping us with our stay.

Fantastic ski house

Just returned and this house was the perfect ski house for two families to get together and spend a great vacation! The house was clean (shoes off at the entry - just like we do at our home!) and very well maintained. All rooms - bedrooms, living areas etc. are well appointed. Great living spaces were conducive to unwinding after a full day of skiing. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. We had plenty of space for the nine of us. Downstairs den was great place for guys to watch a football game while the rest of the group watched different show upstatirs. The house was so comfy we cooked in all but one night as no one wanted to leave once we returned from the slopes. For the one night ventured out, Main Street Park City was just a quick drive away. Even though the property is described as ski access, the heavy snows we had made it ski-in, ski-out -- what would otherwise be a short walk to and from the runs was ski-able with new snowfall. Owner was very helpful and responsive to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Just returned from a wonderful 10 day stay at Sterling Vista in Deer Valley. A great setup for my family with 3 kids and our guests that came and went throughout our stay. Very warm, comfortable mountain home. Prime location for enjoying DVR. We enjoyed snowy walks to Silver Lake Lodge, Goldener Hirsch and Stein's.

What a phenomenal house! We really enjoyed our January stay at Sterling Vista and we look forward to many more nights there. It is clear that the owners are proud to share Sterling Vista and we whole heartedly agree that this well appointed and well kept home is the perfect place for your stay at Deer Valley. It is a definite 2 thumbs up!

I have been skiing Deer Valley for the past 12 years. Accommodations don't get better than this. Beautiful home. Ski in ski out. Classic mountain views. Where you want to stay during the film festival or any other time.

"Sterling Vista" made our vacation what it was. Absolutely FABULOUS! We had easy access to the ski lifts and the views were incredible. The house was comfortable, cozy and decorated the part of the most wonderful ski lodge imaginable. I highly recommend it!

Our trip to Deer Valley was made so comfortable by staying at "Sterling Vista". It was very spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room to spread out. All the rooms had a homey feel with ski/mountain decor. The location was perfect with the ski access so that you can eat lunch at the lodge or grab a sandwich at the house. It was fun to have 2 families together in the house with enough space to eat and spend time together, but everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We will recommend this house to friends and relatives. A+

We had an amazing time in Deer Valley. The house was perfect for our 2 families. We had so much fun skiing and the house was so comfortable for us after a long day on the slopes. The hot tub was just the solution for sore muscles. We were so close to Park City's Main Street that it was just a short drive to all the restaurants and shops. Great time, great house!

We stayed in this lovely home over New Years and had a wonderful time. It is beautifully furnished and has every amenity you could ask for. The layout of the house provides for lots of privacy for a larger group but is intimate enough to not feel lost in. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub, as it is nestled in the back yard. We look forward to visiting again.
