Snowbear Lodge is a bright sunny townhome in the popular Lake Village complex. Lake Village has a HUGE hot tub, Two Saunas, showers and clubhouse/game room in the winter months. After the snow melts a large pool, picnic area, tennis courts, barbecue grills and children's play area are available to our guests.SNOWBIRD also has it's own private Hot Springs HOT TUB!
Snowbear is steps from the forest and a trail which provides excellent Cross Country skiing in the winter as well as casual hiking/biking during the other Tahoe seasons. Our townhome overlooks the local mountains and looks up at the Mountains of Heavenly Valley.
The townhome is newly furnished, with KING beds & Color TV's with remotes in three upstairs bedrooms. The MASTER bedroom features a gas log fireplace and a 17" color TV with remote. The Master Bath has dual sinks, pergo flooring and a full tub shower. The downstairs bedroom has a QUEEN bed as well as a TWIN bed. The downstairs bedroom has it's own private bath as well as a color TV with remote in the room. The HOT TUB room is adjacent to the bedroom.
The spacious upstairs living room dining and kitchen area is furnished with a roomy dining table which comfortably seats eight. The adjacent granite bar area has four bar stools for guest use. The kitchen and dining area have pergo flooring and the front entry is clad in slate. The gourmet kitchen features new hickory cabinets, granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. There is a side by side refrigerator with door icemaker/dispenser, a microwave and coffeemaker and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with everything from a mixer to a crock pot.
The living room has a gas fireplace, 27" television, VCR/DVD and Stereo/DVD player. There are two quality queen hide a beds in the living room and a half bath off the kitchen for upstairs use. The bookcase hold books and games for adults and children. A sunny deck adjoins the living room and a shady deck with gas barbecue and chairs adjoins the dining room.
Snowbear has a two car garage with direct access from the condo interior.(Great for those snowy days when you don't want to unload your skis/snowboard or scrape ice from your windshield!) There is a washer/dryer available in the garage for guest use. A separate room in the garage gives guests access to a deluxe Hot Springs private Hot Tub.
