Map & Owner's Profile
A Romantic Flat in a Trastevere's Typical Old Building
Year Purchased: 2000
Why the Owner Chose Trastevere
For many years I have wanted to live in London and, when it came to choosing where, the decision was easy. The Main galleries are in Central Rome and there are many Art Experts living nearby, so I chose to buy a flat in Trastevere. I knew it would mean I had a ready-made network of friends. In my home country your relationship with neighbors is very important and you tend to carry that way of thinking to wherever you live. I like to be able to borrow tea or sugar from a neighbor, or just call in on someone and have a coffee. When I was there I spent a lot of time in my house.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Booking my apartment in Trastevere will make your stay in Rome unforgettable: Trastevere is the most popular and the most Roman of all the districts in Rome. A genuine working area with lively atmosphere and great vibe. A great place for eating and drinking in the evening. A safe area of Rome where you can enjoy yourself day and night: the Trastevere nightlife is famous all around the world.
Owner's Map of Trastevere
I'm an art dealer specializing in Italian Modern Art for investing. I work with the most temperamental people in Italy, who know what it is like to have chicken today and feathers tomorrow. I love having beautiful things around me.
