Unit is minutes from 11 golf courses, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Zion Nat. Park and of course local shopping and restaurants. St. George is a perfect getaway location for hiking, biking, boating or just relaxing.
This condo comes with 6 full day passes to the Green Valley resort with all 3 night or more stays. The Green Valley resort has 4 pools and 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball, fitness center and much more.
You will also have a key to the 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs in the Las Palmas complex. The 2 pools have unlimited use.

Why the Owner Chose St. George
Location is such a key. We wanted a place that our family could come and enjoy sunshine and relaxation. St. George is the perfect place for that. We also wanted fun activities for our family be able to participate in. Las Palmas has all we could ask for and more. You can't beat 6 swimming pools, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, playgrounds, fitness gym, beautiful scenery and much more. Along with all the amenities of Las Palmas St. George provides great locations for hiking, biking, golfing, boating and entertainment at Tuacahn's live theatre. St. George and Las Palmas gives us all the things we want to do while on vacation. If it's great shopping, eating out or just relaxing by the pool it has it all. That is why we bought our condo and are now sharing it with others to enjoy as well.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We think one of the greatest benefits of this condo is it's location. Right out the back door of this ground level condo is a fun playground for the kids, basketball courts and the big pool complex. Location, location, location...the main reason we bought this condo.

We stayed here for the 2011 Ironman St. George. This condo was PERFECT! It is on the ground level, so we did not have to pack anything up the long flight of stairs. Also, the play area is directly out the back doors, so the kids could go play while we relaxed on the patio. This condo was very clean and the furniture was in great shape. We have stayed at a lot of condos from VRBO, and this was by far the best cared for. The pools and tennis courts at the spa are just past the play area and are very nice. I was able to swim in prep for the race. The kids actually liked the other pools better and they were only a short walk away. Andrea was great to work with and had everything arranged for us when we arrived. The wireless internet was great, and the location was convenient to everything we were doing. Overall, the best experience I have had with a timeshare!

We really enjoyed our visit to St George for the Ironman event in May of 2010. The condo had everything we needed to spend 5 days there. From all the linens to the kitchen supplies, everything was easy to find. The condo sits in a great quite clean complex next to the pool area and playground, but it was so quite we didn't notice any kids playing. Perfect location! Andrea was awesome with the booking and all my questions before we arrived, it was just very easy!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time at your condo and actually the weather worked out just fine. Played golf 3 days and took a get side trip to Zion – which is stunning.
