This 1st floor, 1BR and 1BA villa in the Breakers oceanfront complex has been remodeled to create a much larger bedroom that comfortably accommodates a king-size bed. The unit is a direct oceanfront end unit with a side window overlooking the pool.
The front room has a compact galley-style kitchen area with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a comfortable seating group that includes a sleeper sofa, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, a dining table for four, and a large slider door to the outside balcony which has a table and 4 chairs and a magnificent view of the ocean, as well as a side view of the huge complex pool and kiddie pool.
The Breakers complex pool is heated for the months of March and April.
Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually lead to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.
The Breakers complex is not equipped with elevators; use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
