We had such a wonderful time in Costa Rica . Villa Gecko was the perfect place for our family of five (boys ages 16, 13 and 10). There was plenty of room and it had all of the amenties that we needed. It was great to have our own pool in the backyard to use after a day of adventure. Cesar, in the office, was very helpful. He booked us a fishing trip which was a lot of fun. We saw sea turtles, dolphins and of course, caught fish. We brought the fish back and they cooked it for us at Picante Restaurant. It was delicious. We went zip lining at Congo Trails, took a river boat cruise (booked through Cesar--our guide Randall was very knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with), beach walking, had our Thanksgiving dinner (tapas style) at Ginger, explored different towns....many fun-filled days, but very relaxing. Thank you to Mary for all of her help and suggestions. We were sad to have to come home. This was a vacation we will never forget!Owner response: It is always nice to hear about our guests experiences. Thank you for taking the time to share yours with us. We agree, the resort has a wonderful office staff and they really listen to what guests are looking for in an excursion.
