Livingroom, kitchen, bedroom and balcony all have a great view of the seventh green-executive course and swimming pool complex across the other side of the green. Two grills are located within this complex for your use.
Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony which has a table and four chairs for dining. Elevator in building. This is a very private and quiet second floor, end unit.
The condo is located steps from the ocean with a private beach. We provide beach chairs,towels, umbrella and small cooler.
The complex has four pools, shared hot tub, Tiki Bar, nine-hole executive golf course, tennis courts, well-equipped fitness center, Wifi and library in the clubhouse and numerous activities.Also, computer access in condo.
Twenty-four hour, manned gated security with safe walking within the complex. Full service restaurant with ocean view within the complex during season.
