Beautiful oceanfront condo with large terrace and unmatched ocean and coastline views. This condo has been completely remodeled and redecorated. The kitchen has state of the art appliances along with marble countertop. The bathrooms are new from the shower heads to the sinks. The terrace doors completely open to make for a very large living space. Great pool and cabana area. the beach is at your doorstep.
20 minute walk along the beach to town or $3.00 cab ride. Maid service twice weekly. King size bed in master bedroom, two full-size beds in second bedroom. High quality linens provided. Foldout sofa in living room.

Year Purchased: 1994
I love, love, love Puerto Vallarta! I have been coming here for 30 years. I like play in ocean, sit on the sandy beach and walk into town collecting sea shells and listening to occasional mariachi band along the way. I am in the restaurant business in the States and love to eat. The restaurant fare continues to get better and better and the choices range from fine dining to little known taco stands beloved by locals.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The mornings are sublime as the peacefulness of the waves crashing into shore make it a very relaxing way to begin the day. The sunsets are beyond compare and never disappoint. Inevitably we end up ranking them each day, but the current one always seems to be the best!

Wonderful condo on the most beautiful piece of beach in Puerto Vallarta. Truly amazing coastline views and the sound of the waves here is enchanting. The condo is beautifully furnished, immaculately cared for, with a great kitchen, and excellent assistance with details. The photos are accurate, but don't fully convey the private feel of the home and balcony. The owners have been great to work with and make vacationing here particularly special.The complex in nestled in a small cove and feels very home-like and secure, with incredibly friendly and helpful residents here and in town.

Our stay was one of the best in 30+ years of going to Puerto for extended stays! This unit has everything one can desire for convenience, comfort & livability away from home. The pool & beach areas are the best on the bay. Over the years I have had to take a 'suitcase kitchen'; this unit allowed us to cook in with total convenience---from morning coffee on the veranda to evening dinners in a perfect, candle-lit, bug-free climate. Most other units are not as well appointed as this one. The pictures of those spectacular sunsets hold our precious memories. We are planning our next adventure to Club Alex---ASAP!!

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever vacationed. The unit itself was just as described, immaculate, no surprises. The view was breathtaking, and we even saw whales breaching from the lanai several times. It was an easy trip to town, but we enjoyed the condo being off the beaten track to relax at our own pool and beach. We are looking forward to going back!

This luxury condo more than lived up our expections. This Conchas Chinas location is both scenic and convenient. The walk to town along the beach is fun and the bus ride only takes 2 minutes. The maintenance people are friendly and capable. Despite the fact that the fridge was not full of beer upon our arrival, the condo had everything we required. We'll look for it again if available.

We had a wonderful time visiting this condo. The condo itself and the property were clean and beautiful...we could see whales and dolphins breaching as we enjoyed the large balcony terrace. Well-stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. Sound of the waves at all times. The second bedroom does not have ocean view, but you can still hear the waves
