Year Purchased: 2006
Frank and Jennifer purchased this lakeside property in Spring of 2006. Both recently retired from the Air Force after serving 50 years combined, and are making Southern Illinois their permanent residence. After three wonderful summers of family vacations and great memories, they have decided to share their vacation home with other families in hopes that they will enjoy it as much or more.
Why the Owner Chose Carlyle
Provided us with a much-needed get away from everyday stressors, and gave the rare opportunity to enjoy the simpler things in life. Fishing and boating with family and friends has made for many great memories over the years. Quick access to Carlyle Lake is an added bonus!
