Located downstairs is 3/4 bath, laundry room, and den/office with room for a blow-up bed (provided).
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and one full bath with a jetted bathtub, full kitchen, dining room, living room (with hide-a-bed couch), a wood burning fireplace and picture windows - where you have views of the valley.
Your vacation home is just steps away from bike path leading all the way from Glenwood Springs to Aspen, as well as, one of the town's most popular pizza/steak restaurants. You will be able to walk down the steps in the backyard to access Gold Medal fishing on the Roaring Fork River, or have apicnic on the deck overlooking the river!
This is a fantastic home for families or groups that would like to be close to town and yet feel out in the country! The convenient location is just off of the highway that takes you to all the local attractions including skiing in Aspen.
