Welcome to our beach house, located in Balboa Island, Newport Beach. Our comfortable, newly furnished 4-bedroom/ 4-bath home has all of the amenities that a family could ask for. The four bedrooms have plush, new beds with memory foam mattresses and flat-screen TVs. The bedding consists of 1 king, 1 queen, 3 full, and 2 twin beds. All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked. The outside seating area includes a barbeque.
The house is located less than a 30-second walk to the South Bay Front of Balboa Island and to the ferry.
We offer wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Newport Beach is located 50 miles south of Los Angeles and 85 miles north of San Diego in Orange County. With nearly 22 square miles of ocean and bay, including several islands, the city offers the greatest variety and number of restaurants with water view dining in all of Orange County.
