Welcome to our beach house, located in Balboa Island, Newport Beach. Our comfortable, newly furnished 4-bedroom/ 4-bath home has all of the amenities that a family could ask for. The four bedrooms have plush, new beds with memory foam mattresses and flat-screen TVs. The bedding consists of 1 king, 1 queen, 3 full, and 2 twin beds. All linens are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked. The outside seating area includes a barbeque. An enclosed garage is available for parking.
The house is located less than a 30-second walk to the South Bay Front of Balboa Island and to the ferry.
We offer wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
Newport Beach is located 50 miles south of Los Angeles and 85 miles north of San Diego in Orange County. With nearly 22 square miles of ocean and bay, including several islands, the city offers the greatest variety and number of restaurants with water view dining in all of Orange County.

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday and require a 7-night stay.
Off-season rentals available with a 4-night minimum.
Additional fees are 10% bed tax and $210 cleaning fee.

Shari and Diane. This is overdue...but I just wanted you to know that our family was blown away by our beach vacation rentals. We knew the location was great, but the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, and barbecue equipment were such a surpirising bonus. Your homes with bathrooms for every bedroom and large dining table, warm and charming decor made them the best we've ever rented. Next summer we are taking everyone on a Disney Cruise, but they all want a repeat in 2013. I sure hope we can work something out. Thank you, thank you for providing us the accommodations that truly helped make this the best vacation ever.

We spent our spring break at this lovely home on the island. It was perfectly located so the kids and my husband and I could walk to the ferry in 5 minutes. The house was the nicest house we have ever rented through vrbo and not one thing was missing. All 5 of us loved it so much we are hoping to make it an annual event. Thank you so much!
