Located in the heart of Gold Coast, Ocean City NJ, our condo beach house is located just two very short blocks from the beach and boardwalk (only 5 houses and less than 200 yards away!). It’s a first floor unit, located at the Plaza 22 on 21st and Asbury with private off street parking.
Gold Coast is an upscale area of OC that's just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown OC. That makes this location a quieter and more private place to stay but, close enough that you can to anything. Beaches in this location are some of the biggest OC has to offer so, if you like space on the beach... this is the area you want to be in. 22nd street also has an in-season lifeguard so, it's plenty safe for the kids.

My family and I just returned from our week in this wonderful condo. We had more than enough room for the four of us and were so comfortable. You can't beat the location - just a short walk to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We're looking forward to returning next summer. Communication with the owner was outstanding! I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
