The condo was beautiful and well maintained. Loved having the pool practically outside the door. Proximity to Disney and Universal was an added bonus. Very, very nice facility. They were very nice too when we locked ourselves out. They came over to get us back in. We appreciated that. Couple of things not so great - It would have been nice if they would provide a pot holder and a dishcloth so that we could actually use the kitchen when we got there. We had six people in this condo and we actually do use a kitchen when we travel. We couldn't get a pizza out of the oven, not to mention there was nothing to cut it with. I typically don't travel with a pot holder and dishcloth. I thought those would be provided. Second - the cleaners were still there when we got there at 4 pm. We had to drop our stuff and leave. They didn't finish up until 4:30 and I am sure they felt rushed. For as strict as they are about you leaving no later than 11 am on your last day, I wish they would be equally concerned about having it ready when they promised. Overall, I would stay at this location again because it was such a nice place and close to everything we wanted to do and I guess I will have to bring a potholder.

Owner response:Very glad that your stay was a nice one. As for the pot holder or cutter, a simple telephone call to us and we would have had one there in minutes. It was just as easy of a telephone call to us as when you were locked out of your unit and we responded quickly. Wow, 4 out of 5 stars - we get penalized for the pot holder and get nothing added in for the assistance on you locking yourself out of the unit and charging you nothing for our time. Should have been 5 out of 5.

This Reunion resort apartment is just like in the pictures if not better. Furniture is beautiful with lots of beautiful details throughout the apt. Master bedroom and master bathroom are huge and beautiful. Not knowing Orlando, I wasn't sure about the location but it turned out to be great. Easy drive from the airport using GPS. Easy access to I-4 highway to get to Disney parks, downtown disney, outlet malls and Universal Studios parks a few more miles away. Easy drive across the street to supermarket, other stores and restaurants. Lots of pools for kids and adults to enjoy. Free gym and plenty of parking. My only comments for improvement perhaps are as follows: we were 8 adults so the 8 plates, 8 glasses, etc. were used up quickly so perhaps considering 12 of each would be an idea. Also, we wanted to use the oven and there were no oven pans or oven mitts. The coffee maker was a very inexpensive coffee maker that would spit out the hot water while brewing the coffee so something a bit better in the kitchen items department would be better. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay there again.

We were very happy with the condo! It was very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and had comfortable beds. The only negative was that there could be better lighting in the living room and bedrooms. The booking process and communication/information was excellent. We will recommend this property and Homeaway to everyone!

This is our second time renting this unit. It was exactly what we were expecting. The condo is mostly spotless and in great condition. There was a bit of mildew growing in the master bathroom shower and tile floor connecting to the shower. There was also hair on the floor and shower in the second bathroom before we even used it. Again, manager could have provided more toilet paper, but we did bring some from home. Also, you requested that we run the dishwasher prior to checking out, but you did not provide a sample packet. I highly recommend providing those essentials, plus dish washing soap and a cheap sponge. Overall, the stay was wonderful. I do recommend this unit and management company. Very close to Disney!! McDonald's across the street. Publix, CVS (or similar) across as well. Chilis & gas down the street. Great location!!

Fabulous Condo - Great Stay.

We booked this condo for a two week stay and we loved it. The condo was well furnished and beautifully clean and tidy. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on and the linen all crisp and fresh. We had a plentiful supply of brand new towels and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. My daughter loved the pool which was less than a minute away and she always had it all to herself. The pool area itself and the pool restrooms were also spotlessly clean. It was a lovely view across the golf course and it was a quiet, peaceful spot. Internet access was welcome and it was lovely sitting out on the terrace catching up with friends and making them jealous with my photos! We saw plenty of wildlife including a racoon and we were visited regularly by two sandhill cranes who were very friendly. I had excellent service from Luxury Lifestyle Vacations and from Tony in particular who was polite, helpful, friendly and very efficient. We were also able to have a late checkout until 2pm which was a great help with our flight leaving at 5pm. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reunion resort and I we'll be in touch for our next stay as the price we paid represented excellent value for money. My husband and I, along with my in-laws, surprised our children with a trip to Disney over their Fall break from school. We decided to stay off site and found this condo listed on vrbo.com. Often times pictures can be deceiving but boy not in this case. We walked in and found the condo to exceed our expectations. It was like a home away from home. I remember telling my husband during our visit that this was the nicest and most well maintained vacation rental we've stayed. Great value for the money and so close to Disney and SeaWorld. We even had a late night (minor) problem that prompted a call to Andy and he resolved our problem in less than 5 minutes. Thanks vrbo.com, we'll be back.

Condo was immaculate! Beds are to die for! I could have slept in all day (but Mickey was knocking on my door :) ) Condo has everything you need! Extra towels & toilet paper would have been good, but overall, it was fantastic! Condo is an 11 on a 10 point scale! Would highly recommend!

The condos at heritage crossing at reunion are great for a family Orlando Vacation...this is the third time I have stayed there and never been dissapointed.planning on staying there for next year again..my family loves it..as a golfer I can say that is heaven.Owners of these condos should make it possible for non resort guest or members to be able to play golf inside the reunion...that was one of the only problems I have...but other than that...The place is great and very relaxing...

Pristine spacious condominium with granite counter tops, full kitchen, large spa bathtub, comfortable beds and televisions in every room. Why would anyone ever consider anything else when you can have all of this for less than you would pay for a hotel room? Will be our first choice anywhere within the Orlando area.

Spent 2 weeks in this good condo and got to see all of the Orlando area. We were able to see how nice Orlando really is and was able to stay in a wonderful condo after returning from our long day of travel. After doing the Disney scene for many years, we decided to go to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure for our vacation this year. The parks were awesome! The condo that we stayed in was just as nice and it was just what we were looking for. You could actually walk to the supermarket if you needed anything because it was just across the street. How convenient is that.

Could not have picked a better place to stay with this condo. It was in the Reunion Resort which was gated and guarded. The community along with the condo were more than what we expected. The condo had every amenity that we needed. Would definitely like to come back.
