This beautiful single-story 2-bedroom 2-bath condo is an end unit, which provides complete privacy. It has been totally remodeled and 500 additional square feet have been added (1500 square feet total). It is turn-key with all the amenities you need, including a walk-in closet and 2 private patios.
We are located within the Sandpiper development (designed by the famous architect William Krissel), within the nearest "circle" to El Paseo, which is lined with wonderful boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries. Right across the street are grocery stores, restaurants, Westfield Mall, coffee shops, and a nearby movie theater. Everything you need is nearby.
This condo is very luxurious and unique in that it has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and beautiful granite, travertine, and alabaster. There is nothing else like it, in this great condition, directly off El Paseo.
The condo itself is very private, but once you step outside the front patio, you are in a garden area, with colorful flowers, fruit trees, a ramada with a new outdoor BBQ, ice maker, and refrigerator, and a mountain view pool that is heated year round. There is also a small, informal putting green.
You can BBQ poolside or walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper
This is absolutely the best location in Palm Desert. You literally walk through the courtyard with a pool, ramada, flowers, fruit trees, and putting green to a pedestrian gate opening onto El Paseo, with coffee shops, restaurants (many with live entertainment), boutiques, and art galleries, all within easy walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Unlike any other properties this close to El Paseo in Circle One, this condo has been completely remodeled. It is also the only condo in this area with a very private front patio and an enclosed patio off the master bedroom.

This beautiful remodeled unit has everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We don't eat out much, so the well-equipped kitchen was perfect. The patio was screened, if you like privacy; the spectacular mountain view was from the kitchen. The best thing abouot this condo is its location: we could walk to stores and restaurants as well as to the hiking trails in the mountains. The only glitch was that we lost cable access on 2 of the TVs. Fortunately the 3rd continued to work. (The owner was very responsive on this issue.)
Owner response:Just to clarify - the patio is not screened. The remote control for the TV can be confusing, and guests can inadvertently change settings. There are now detailed instructions on how to use the remote control to avoid any confusion in the future. (These particular guests did not want me to send anyone to readjust the settings for them.)
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.
