Truly an Oasis in the desert. Lush tropical foliage, 8 pools, 9 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts on site, and golf down the street. Bougainvillea, flower gardens, and fountains complete the Spanish architecture of this 180 unit resort. Central clubhouse and activity center.
This unit fully renovated in November 2009 with new granite and stainless appliances in kitchen and new travertine master shower and vanity tops in both bathrooms. Mostly contemporary furnishings and king sized beds in both bedrooms. Two private patios, one with gas grill. On a cul-de-sac. One level villa ... no one above or below! Very private even within the resort. Driveway parking but garage not included in rental.

We love Palm Springs and Oasis Resort is a great place to stay. This condo is bright and clean and modern. Bill and Joyce have made it comfortable with everything you need for a home away from home. We spent a lot of time at the pool across the street and the main pool not far away. Von's grocery is a few minutes away by car or walking. We enjoyed going downtown ...especially Thursday night for the street fair. Dined at 2 great Thai restaurants...Thai Smile and Le Basil. Already looking forward to next time.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Having stayed in a number of condos in the wonderful Oasis resort, there is little doubt that this place is among the very best. It's a semi-detached one level condo tucked away in the quietest part of the complex, while services such as pool & spa are only steps away. The condo is beautiflly appointed. It has been recently remodelled with a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, new appliances and furnishings. It also features two private outdoor patios with very attractive gardens, shrubs and trees. It is also beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. We have stayed in this condo three times so far and we will be returning again soon.

The condo was clean, modern and well maintained. The condo is quiet as it is tucked into a back corner of the resort. Pool #8 was also quiet and across the street from the condo. The large resort pool was a short walk from the condo. The Oasis resort was also well maintained and very accommodating - they lent us a playpen for our stay. The Oasis resort has a friendly atmosphere. Target and other grocery stores are a short drive away. I would definitely recommend renting a car if you do not have your own.The resort and condo are as the owner describes. The owner was helpful and was very prompt in returning our damage deposit. Would recommend this rental to others.
