You are just minutes from Tempe, Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix and Sky Harbor Airport. Major crossroads of our home are Ocotillo Road and Arizona Avenue (NW Region).

Our Guest Bedroom has a Double-Bed and the den/office is equipped with a desk and a Day Bed with Trundle, both are Single mattresses. This home has everything you need for your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Chandler
This is a home I bought for myself .... and then I met Kelley. We needed a bigger home and a pool. Our realtor suggested that we turn it into a VRBO property due to ALL the local golf courses.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is wonderful 1350 square foot home. I installed wood flooring in 3 rooms (Not Pergo). New carpet, Window Treatments and tint on all windows. The back yard faces east so your afternoon/evening barbeques will be in the shade!!! You will also have your own garage to park in. Enjoy !
