Countryside Golf and Country Club is a beautiful, well maintained gated community minutes from downtown Naples, Naples beaches and Marco Island. Within the gates of Countryside is a challenging 18 hole golf course and practice area, an active tennis program, heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a clubhouse with bar, grille room and restaurant and a newly renovated fitness center. Transferable golf privileges are available to monthly renters.
The condo is on the second floor of three and overlooks the 17th green and 18th tee of the golf course as well as beautiful, serene lake. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed that has access to the furnished lanai. The guest room is equipped with twin beds. Both bedrooms have full baths and all linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an eat-in area.
It is a clean, comfortable residence within a friendly community. You can't go wrong!
