My family has vacationed in Palm Springs for much of my life. When I thought about investing in property, Palm Springs was one of the destinations I knew I wanted to own a condo. I look forward to vacationing in Palm Springs for many years to come.
Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
My condo is centrally located in Palm Springs. Close to everything you may need while on vacation. Legacy Villas at La Quinta is a beautiful complex with so much to offer it's guests.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
It is quiet and peaceful, but has plenty of activities for the kids. The 7 pools make it fun for them to explore the grounds of the property. Other activities are close by and I offer a car for the renter to use for an additional cost.

Wonderful Weekend Retreat!

After a rainy month in Seattle, my husband and I decided we needed a California weekend retreat. After hearing friends rave about La Quinta and particular, the Legacy Villas- we booked! We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. Highlights of this condo include it's location. It was close to everything--the club house, gym and hammocks. My husband's favorite part was cruising around in the Mercedes convertible that can be rented with the condo. We have another weekend on the books for this fall and are really looking forward!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We had a beautiful stay at your condo. So relaxing and very comfortable. The condo is decorated so tastefully and has everything we needed. We will plan a trip back in the near future.
